고독사 예방을 위한 임대주택 입주민의 사회 참여 태도와 사회적 관계망이 우울에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 고독사 예방을 목적으로 임대주택에 거주하는 입주민의 사회 참여 태도와 사회적 관계망이 우울에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구대상으로는 임대주택 입주민 중 1인가구와 다인가구로 나누어 비교 분석하였고 경상북도 G지역의 임대주택에 거주하는 183명을 대상으로 방문 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 분석 방법으로는 SPSS를 사용하여 빈도 분석, t-test, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 임대주택에 거주하는 입주민의 78% 이상이 노인이었고 우울 점수가 평균 이상으로 나타나 심각한 수준이었다. 둘째, 임대주택에 거주하는 1인가구의 우울에 사회활동적 관계망이 부적인 영향을 주었으며, 일반적 특성에서는 종교활동 여부와 연령이 유의미한 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 임대주택에 거주하는 다인가구의 경우 도구적 관계망이 우울에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이 연구는 수도권 외 지역의 임대주택 입주민을 대상으로 실시한 고독사 연구이며, 1인가구와 다인가구로 나눠 우울을 분석한 점에서 의미가 크다고 사료된다. 특히, 코로나19 라는 새로운 환경과 특성을 고려하여 변수를 재정립하였기에 고독사 예방 연구에 새로운 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the effect on depression by the attitude to social participation and social network to rental housing residents at purpose prevent lonely death. To achieve this objective, a survey was conducted on 183 people living in rental housing at G region in Gyengsangbuk-do. Frequency analysis, t-test, correlation analaysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS, and the findings are as follows. First, more than 78% of the rental housing residents are elderly people, and the level of depression is above average at an alarming level. Second, the social activity networking (sub-variable) has a negative effect on depression. As general characterlistics, religious activity and age have a significant effect. Third, in case of multi-person households living in a rental house, an instrumental network (sub-variable) has an adverse impact on depression. Last, this study is meaningful in that it analyzes the impact on depression of rental housing residents living in the provinces by comparing single-person households to muti-person households, under the paucity of data for a rental housing residents and lonely death. Especial, Because of COVID-19, a variable according to new environment and features is re-established, it will be used for basic data in preventing the people living from lonely death
