국문 초록

이 연구는 다수의 대학에서 비교과 교육과정에 관한 관심과 지원을 시도하고 있는 상황에서, K대학의 비교과 교육과정을 분석하고 제언하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 K대학의 비교과 교육과정을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구방법은 K대학의 비교과 교육과정 보고서를 검토하고 선행연구를 고찰하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 비교과 교육과정은 교육부 대학교육(평가)의 성과를 결정하는 중요한 요인이다. 둘째, 요구조사부터 평가에 이르기까지 전 프로세스를 체계적으로 설계해야 한다. 셋째, 학습지원 비교과 교육과정은 8대 핵심역량별 프로그램 관리를 강화해야 한다. 넷째, 취업지원 프로그램은 신청시스템 구축과 전문인력 및 예산지원 안정화가 필요하다. 다섯째, 교양 비교과 교육과정은 4대 인재상과 8대 핵심역량을 어떻게 구현하고 있는지를 확인할 수 있어야 한다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 ‘비교과 교육과정 통합관리를 위한 위원회’ 설치를 제언하였다. 위원회의 역할은 (1) 비교과 교육과정을 통합적으로 관리하고 성과를 환류하고, (2) 비교과 교육과정(프로그램) 성과 측정을 위한 비교과 프로그램 만족도 조사 문항 고도화, (3) 프로그램 운영질관리 지표 개발 및 학생의 프로그램 참여 성과에 관한 연구를 하게 된다.

영문 초록

This study is to analyze and suggest the non-subject curriculum of K University in a situation where many universities are trying to interest and support non-subject curriculum. To this end, the non-subject curriculum of K University was analyzed and implications were derived. As for the research method, K University's non-curricular curriculum report was reviewed and previous studies were reviewed. The results of the study are as follows: First, the non-subject curriculum is an important factor in determining the performance of university education (evaluation) by the Ministry of Education. Second, the entire process from demand investigation to evaluation must be systematically designed. Third, the learning support extracurricular curriculum should strengthen program management for each of the 8 core competencies. Fourth, the employment support program needs to establish an application system and stabilize professional manpower and budget support. Fifth, the liberal arts extracurricular curriculum should be able to confirm how the 4 ideal talents and 8 core competencies are being implemented. Based on the research results, it was proposed to establish a ‘committee for integrated management of non-subject curriculum’. The roles of the committee are (1) integrated management of non-subject curricula and feedback of outcomes, (2) advancement of non-subject program satisfaction survey items to measure non-subject curriculum (program) performance, (3) development of program operation quality control indicators and Students will conduct research on program participation outcomes.
