국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 초등 실과‘창의적인 제품 만들기’수업을 설계 및 실행하는 교사의 교육 활동을 스스로 점검하기 위한 체크리스트를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 실과 교과의‘창의적인 제품 만들기’수업이 이루어지는 초등학교 6학년 2학급을 방문하여 6차시 분량의 수업 장면을 비디오로 촬영하고, 교사와 학생을 대상으로 실시한 면담 내용을 녹음하였다. 비디오와 녹음 내용은 전사하여 현장에서 수집한 자료들과 함께 종합적으로 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 창의적인 제품 만들기 수업 설계 및 실행 활동을 체계적으로 점검할 수 있는 체크리스트 초안을 개발하였으며, 초점집단 인터뷰를 통하여 체크리스트의 형식과 문항의 적합성을 검토 및 보완하였다. 수정된 체크리스트를 10명의 전문가 집단을 대상으로 한 조사에서 I-CVI 점수 1.0 미만의 문항은 삭제하는 방식으로 엄격한 기준을 적용하여 타당도 검증을 수행하였다. 그 결과 총 8개 영역에서 45개의 점검 체크리스트 문항이 도출되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 초등 실과 창의적인 제품 만들기 수업 활동 점검 체크리스트는 첫째, 창의적인 제품 만들기 수업을 설계하고 실행하는 교사가 창의적인 제품 만들기 수업의 특성 및 전체적인 과정에 대한 이해도를 높여줄 것이다. 둘째, 교사가 창의적인 제품 만들기 수업의 주요한 영역과 지점을 미리 파악하고, 수업 설계 및 실행 과정을 체계적인 기준에 비추어 스스로 점검할 수 있다는 점에서 큰 의의를 가진다. 이는 교사에게 시행착오를 감소시켜주는 가이드 역할을 해주어 창의적인 제품 만들기 수업의 학습 목표 달성을 통한 학생의 성취기준 도달 및 역량 형성에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a checklist for self-monitoring the practical arts‘creative product making’class activities in the elementary school of teachers who design and practice class. For this purpose, I visited the two class of the elementary school where the‘creative product making’class was taught in the practical subject, and videotaped the 6-hour class, and recorded the interviews conducted with teachers and students. The video and recorded contents were transcribed into text and analyzed comprehensively together with the data collected at the site. Based on this, a draft checklist was developed that can systematically check the design and practice activities of the creative product making class, and the format of the checklist and the suitability of the questions were reviewed and supplemented through the focus group interview. In a survey of 10 experts on the revised checklist, items with an I-CVI score of less than 1.0 were deleted by applying strict criteria. As a result, 45 checklist items were derived from a total of 8 areas. The class activity checklist developed in this study will, first, enhance the understanding of the characteristics and overall process of the creative product making class. Second, it has great significance in that the teacher can identify the main areas and points of the creative product making class. This serves as a guide for teachers to reduce error, and is expected to greatly contribute to the achievement of students' achievement standards and competency formation. Following this study, there is a need to research on how to prepare an objective and concrete action plan for how teachers should actually respond to the checklist that is asked in the checklist for creative product making class activity. In addition, research on developing a checklist for checking class activities should be continued in creative making classes in other areas within the practical subject. Finally, a follow-up study to verify the validity of the checklist items through an empirical method is requested.
