중등교사의 다차원적 완벽주의가 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 중등교사의 다차원적 완벽주의와 대인관계문제의 관계에서 자기자비 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 광주·전남·제주 소재의 재직 중인 중등교사 259명의 자료를 분석하였다. 설문지는 다차원적 완벽주의, 대인관계문제, 자기자비 척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0와 SPSS Process Macro 3.5를 이용해서, 기술통계 및 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 회귀분석을 이용해서 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 타인지향 완벽주의와 사회부과 완벽주의는 대인관계문제와 정적상관을 나타냈으며, 자기자비와는 부적상관을 나타냈다. 또한 대인관계문제와 자기자비는 부적상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 다차원적 완벽주의 하위유형인 타인지향 완벽주의 및 사회부과 완벽주의와 대인관계문제의 관계에서 자기자비가 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 중등교사의 다차원적 완벽주의와 대인관계문제에서 자기자비의 역할이 중요함을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의 및 시사점을 제시하고, 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to verify the mediating effects of self-compassion in the relationship between secondary school teachers’ multidimensional perfectionism and interpersonal issues. For this purpose, data of 259 secondary school teachers in Gwangju, Jeonnam, and Jeju were analyzed. The questionnaire used multidimensional perfectionism, interpersonal issues, and self-compassion scales. For the collected data, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0 and SPSS Process Macro 3.5, and mediating effects were verified using regression analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, other-oriented perfectionism and socially imposed perfectionism, showed a positive correlation with interpersonal issues and a negative correlation with self-compassion. Also, interpersonal issues and self-compassion showed a negative correlation. Second, self-compassion partially mediated the relationship between other-oriented perfectionism and socially imposed perfectionism, which are subtypes of multidimensional perfectionism, and interpersonal issues. This study is meaningful because it confirmed the importance of self-compassion in the multidimensional perfectionism of secondary school teachers and interpersonal issues. Based on this, the significance and implications of this study were presented, and limitations and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
