국문 초록

본 연구는 성인초기 미혼남녀의 유기불안이 관계중독에 미치는 영향에서 자아분화, 고통감내력을 매개변인으로 살펴보고자 한다. 수도권에 거주하며 교제경험이 있는 만 19세∼34세 미혼남녀에게 설문지를 배포하여 총 415부를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. SPSS 21.0을 통해 분석하였고, 빈도분석, 일원변량분석, Pearson의 상관관계, 단순회귀분석, 중다회귀분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미혼남성과 미혼여성 모두 상관분석에서 전체변인들 간의 유의한 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 미혼남성과 미혼여성 모두 자아분화, 고통감내력이 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 상담 현장에서 이성관계 문제로 인해 심리적인 어려움을 겪는 내담자들의 갈등의 요인들을 이해하는데 도움을 주는 경험적 기초를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to research the mediating effect of self differentiation and distress tolerance in the relationship between abandonment anxiety and relationship addiction among the unmarried men and women in early adulthood. This study conducted a survey among single men and women between the ages of 19-34 years, who have been in a relationship more than once, and are residing in the metropolitan area of South Korea. A total of 415 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The major results of this study is as follows. First, significant correlations were found among all the main study variables among the unmarried men and women. Second, for both unmarried men and women, the mediation effect of self-differentiation and distress tolerance were found. This study is expected to provide experiential basis for understanding the factors that contribute to difficullties of counseling clients who are experiencing psychological distress due to issues of romantic relationships.
