국문 초록

이 연구는 Y대학의 비교과 통합관리 고도화 사례 분석을 통해 데이터 기반 비교과 성과관리 시행방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. Y대학의 비교과 통합관리 고도화 사례 분석은 고도화 계획 수립, 고도화 방안 수립 및 시행기반 구축, 시범운영, 성과를 중심으로 데이터 기반 비교과 성과관리 관련 전체 사업체계와 프로세스 구축 절차를 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 데이터 기반 비교과 성과관리 시행방안을 5단계로 정리하였다. 1단계 목표 설정은 데이터 분석의 구체적 목표 설정 단계이다. 2단계는 비교과 운영성과와 교육 성과 관련 데이터 항목을 결정하는 단계이다. 3단계 데이터 분석 방법론 선택은 데이터로부터 의미있는 결과값을 체계적으로 도출하기 위한 분석법을 모색하는 단계이다. 4단계는 데이터 집계 및 분석 실시는 앞서 결정한 데이터의 집계와 분석을 실시하는 단계이다. 5단계 목적 달성여부 및 데이터별 효용성 검토는 분석 결과 검토를 통한 목적 달성 여부와 각 분석 데이터들이 목적 달성에 부합하는지 여부를 검토하는 단계이다. 이러한 데이터 기반 비교과 성과관리는 비교과 운영 성과의 체계적 분석 및 환류가 가능하다는 점에서 의의가 있으나, 교육성과관리 측면이나, 학생성과관리 측면에서 발전적 연구가 지속되어야 그 효용성이 향상될 것으로 결론지었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to come up with a data-based Extra-curricular Activity performance management implementation plan through the case analysis of the advancement of integrated management of Y University Extra-curricular Activity. The analysis of the case of advancement the Extra-curricular Activity integrated management of Y University presented the overall business system and process establishment procedure related to the data-based Extra-curricular Activity performance management, focusing on the establishment of the advancement plan, and the establishment of the implementation base, the pilot operation, and the performance. Based on this, the implementation plan for data-based performance management was organized into five steps. Step 1 Goal setting is the specific goal setting stage of data analysis. Step 2 is to determine the data items related to the Extra-curricular Activity operational output and educational performance. Step 3 Selecting a data analysis methodology is a step to seek an analysis method to systematically derive meaningful results from data. Step 4, data aggregation and analysis is a step in which the previously determined data items is aggregated and analyzed. Step 5 The review of whether the objective has been achieved and the effectiveness of each data items is a step to review whether the objective has been achieved through the analysis of results and whether each analysis of data items is suitable for the achievement of the objective. This data-based Extra-curricular Activity performance management is meaningful in that it enables systematic analysis and feedback of Extra-curricular Activity. In order for Extra-curricular Activity performance management to develop further. it was concluded that the usefulness of the research would be improved only when developmental research in terms of educational performance management or student performance management was continued.
