국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구는 지역사회에 있는 정신장애인을 대상으로 역할 수행 중재 프로그램 정신작업치료를 제공한 사례를 통해 역할 수행 중재 프로그램의 효과성을 탐색하여 기초 자료를 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 정신질환 진단을 받은 44세 여성을 Role Performance Measure(RPM)로 역할 수행을 평가하였으며, 삶의 만족도는 Satisfaction With Life Scale(SWLS)로 평가하고, 우울증상은 Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)로 평가하였다. 중재기간은 2021년 8월 28일부터 2021년 11월 18일까지이며, 총 6회 동안 진행되었고, 중재는 자기관리자 역할을 위한 요리 활동과 학습자의 역할 수행을 위한 컴퓨터 사용하기 활동을 진행하였다. 결과 : 역할 수행평가와 역할 수행 중재 후 삶의 만족도 평가 점수는 11점에서 32점으로 증가하였으며, 우울수준에 대한 평가 점수는 24점에서 12점으로 감소하였다. 질적 평가결과 활동에 있어 수동적인 태도에서 적극적인 태도로 변화하는 것으로 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과 역할 수행 중재 프로그램이 정신장애인에게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study is to present basic data by verifying the effectiveness of the role performance intervention program through the case of providing the role performance intervention program mental occupational therapy to the mentally disabled in the local community. Methods : The subject was a 44-year-old woman who received psychiatric diagnosis was evaluated for role performance by Role Performance Measure (RPM), life satisfaction was evaluated by Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS), and depression symptoms were evaluated by Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ- 9) was evaluated. The intervention period was from August 28th, 2021 to November 18th, 2021, and was conducted for a total of 6 times. The program conducted a cooking activity for the role of Self-caregiver and an activity for learning how play on a computer to fulfill the Worker role. Results : After the intervention, they showed satisfaction and confidence in their role performance. The life satisfaction evaluation score increased from 11 points to 32 points, and the evaluation score for depressive symptoms decreased from 24 points to 12 points. Conclusion : As a result of this study, it was found that the role performance intervention program had a positive effect on the mentally disabled.
