가정방문 작업치료 중재가 치매 환자의 인지기능과 일상생활수행에 미치는 영향: 체계적 고찰

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구는 가정방문 작업치료 프로그램이 치매 환자의 인지기능과 일상생활수행에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 대상 문헌은 RISS, KISS, DBpia, Google scholar, Pubmed 데이터베이스를 사용하여 수집하였다. 검색 키워드는 치매. 작업, 방문, (visiting home OR home care program OR home based rehabilitation) AND (occupation therapy OR occupational therapist) AND (dementia)을 사용하였다. 포함기준과 배제기준을 바탕으로 논문을 검토한 결과 총 8편의 논문이 선정되었다. 결과 : 치매 환자에 대한 가정방문 작업치료 중재의 효과는 무작위 대조군 연구 2편에서 유의한 차이를 보이지 못했으며 나머지 6편의 연구에서는 인지기능과 일상생활수행에 유의한 효과를 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구는 가정방문 작업치료 중재가 치매 환자의 일상생활수행과 인지기능에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 체계적 고찰을 진행하였다. 연구결과 클라이언트 중심적인 가정방문 작업치료는 치매 환자의 인지기능과 일상생활 수행에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다. 본 연구는 치매 환자에 대한 가정방문 작업치료 중재의 방향성을 제시하고 향후 클라이언트 중심적인 가정방문 작업치료 중재연구를 계획하는 데 있어 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Object : This study attempted to investigate the effect of the home visiting occupational therapy intervention on cognitive function and activities of daily living performance of dementia patients. Method : Target literature was collected using RISS, KISS, DBpia, Google Scholar, Pubmed databases. The search keyword 치매, 작업, 방문, (visiting home OR home care program OR home based rehabilitation) AND (occupation therapy OR occupational therapist) AND (dementia) were used. A total of eight articles were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Result : The effect of home-visiting occupational therapy intervention on dementia patients did not show any significant difference in 2 randomized control trials, and the remaining 6 studies showed significant effects on cognitive function and activities of daily living performance. Conclusion : This study conducted a systematic review to find out the effect of home visiting occupational therapy intervention on the activities of daily living performance and cognitive function of dementia patients. As a result of the study, it was concluded that client-centered home visiting occupational therapy can have a positive effect on cognitive function and activities of daily living performance of dementia patients. This study suggests the direction of home visiting occupational therapy intervention for dementia patients and expects to be used as basic data in planning client-centered home visiting occupational therapy intervention research in the future.
