초등 예비교사의 수업실습 효과성 측정 도구 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 초등 예비교사의 수업실습 효과성 측정 도구를 개발하고 타당화하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 연구자들은 전국 10개 교육대학교에 재학 중인 4학년 학생 총 537명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 우선 1차 수집된 자료(N=285)에 대해 탐색적 요인분석(EFA)이 실시되었다. 그 결과, 수업실습 효과성 측정 척도는 25개 문항에 의해 5개 요인(교육과정 분석 및 수업설계, 학생발달지원및 생활지도, 수업 성찰 및 비평, 학생과의 상호작용, 수업분위기 조성 및 수업운영)이 확인되었다.다음으로 2차 수집된 자료(N=252)에 대해 확인적 요인분석(CFA)이 실시되었다. 그 결과 최종모형의 모형 적합도가 확인되었으며, 최종 척도의 신뢰도를 분석한 결과 양호한 신뢰도(Cronbach’ α= .959)가확보되었다. 또한 본 척도와 예비교사 교직전문성 역량, 초등교사 직무역량, 교사발달 진단도구와의상관분석 결과를 통해 준거타당도도 확보되었다. 결과적으로 본 연구를 통해 개발된 도구는 안정적인신뢰도와 타당도를 바탕으로 짧은 시간에 간편하게 예비교사의 수업실습 효과성을 측정하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to develop and validate a tool for measuring the effectiveness of a teaching practicum for domestic pre-service elementary teachers. For this purpose, the researchers collected data from a total of 537 fourth-year students at 10 universities of education across the country. First, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was performed on the primary data collected (N = 285). As a result, the teaching practicum effectiveness measurement scale consisted of 25 items with 5 factors (curriculum analysis and class design, student development support and guidance, class reflection and critique, interaction with students, and class atmosphere and class operation). Confirmation factor analysis (CFA) was then performed on the secondary data collected (N = 252). As a result, the model fit of the final model was confirmed. Also, the reliability of the final scale was verified as “good” (Cronbach s α = .959). In addition, criterion validity was also ensured through the results of correlation analysis between this scale and the Pre-service Teacher Professional Competency scale, the Elementary Teacher Job Competency scale, and the Teacher Development Diagnostic Tool. The scale developed through this study and confirmed to be reliable and valid can be an easy and efficient tool to measure the effectiveness of pre-service teachers teaching practicums. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study are discussed
