국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 ‘그림책을 활용한 성인대상 문학치료에서 치료사의 자기탐색적 질문과 삶의 의미의 연관성’를 알아보는데 있다. 그림책이 가진 치유성에 대해 알아보고 그림책을 활용해서 성인 대상 문학치료를 실시할 때 치료사가 그림책을 통해서 내담자에게 던지는 자기탐색적 질문이 내담자가 삶의 의미를 찾아가는데 연관성이 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 2022년 대한문학치료학회 동계 워크샵에 참여한 참여자 20명의 성인이었고 그들을 대상으로 하루 3시간의 비대면 프로그램으로서 그림책을 활용하여 치료사가 자기탐색적 질문을 던지고 참여자가 삶의 의미를 생각 해 보게 하는 프로그램을 계획하였다. 연구자가 성인 참여자들에게 3권의 그림책을 매체로 제시하였고 치료사가 제시하는 자기탐색적 질문에 참여자들이 자신의 ‘오늘’을 생각해보았다. 더 넓은 의미로는 삶 자체를 돌아보고 은유(metaphor) 를 통해 자신의 상처나 그림자와 직면하면서 그들의 삶에 조금 더 집중할 수 있는 시간이 되었다. 본 연구의 결과 ‘그림책을 활용한 성인대상 문학치료에서 치료사의 자기탐색적 질문과 삶의 의미의 연관성은 있다’ 라는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

영문 초록

The Purpose of this Study is to investigate the relationship between the Therapist s self-explored questions and the meaning of life in literary therapy for adults using Picture Books. The purpose of this study was to investigate the healing properties of picture books and to find out whether the self-exploratory questions posed by the therapist to clients through picture books when using picture books to provide literary therapy for adults are related to the client s ability to find the meaning of life. The subjects of this study were 20 adults who participated in the Winter Workshop of the Korean Society for Literature Therapy in 2022. Using picture books as a non-face-to-face program for 3 hours a day, the therapist asked self-exploring questions and asked the participants to think about the meaning of life. program was planned. The researcher presented three picture books to the adult participants as a medium, and the participants thought about their own today in response to the self-exploration questions posed by the therapist. In a broader sense, it is a time to reflect on life itself and to focus on their lives a little more while facing their wounds and shadows through a metaphor. As a result of this study, the significance can be found in that there is a relationship between the therapist s self-exploration questions and the meaning of life in literary therapy for adults using picture books .
