국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집과 대학, 지역의 행정기관이 협력하여 어린이집 컨설팅 장학의 실행과정과 효과에 대해 알아봄으로써 보육교직원을 위한 컨설팅 장학 운영에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하고 나아가 어린이집의 질적 수준 향상에 기여하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 민간 어린이집의 원장 1인과 교사 6명을 대상으로 산․학․관 협력 어린이집 컨설팅 장학을 실시하고 포커스 그룹 인터뷰와 전문성 발달수준 및 교사 효능감에 대한 사전․사후 검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산․학․관 협력 어린이집 컨설팅 장학의 실행과정에서 보육교사와 원장이 느끼는 어려움은 주체성(‘주인공은 힘들어요’)과 시간 부족(‘바빠서 정신이 없어요’)으로 나타났고 보람은 함께하기(‘동료와 함께, 아이들과 함께’)로 나타났다. 둘째, 산․학․관 협력 어린이집 컨설팅 장학의 효과는 교사 전문성 발달수준에서는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 교사효능감에 대한 효과는 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타나지 않았다.

영문 초록

This study developed and applied the consultative supervision based on collaboration between the field teachers, the university, and local government for child care center. Participants comprised one director and six teachers in a private child care center. They received consultative supervision for four months. after which they were assessed. The assessment instruments included the focus group interview tool for consultative supervision, the Self-Assessment Scale for Kindergarten Teacher s Developmental Level(Baik & Cho, 2004), and the Scale of Teacher s Self- Efficacy(Lee, 1998). The results were as follows: the participants feedback regarding challenges to consultative supervision were summarized as two key phrases, ‘spontaneity’ and ‘insufficient times’. Participants responses on the benefits of consultative supervision were summarized as ‘group support’. Moreover, it was observed that consultative supervision influenced participants professional development, but did not affects the teacher s sense of self-efficacy.
