예비유아교사의 인터넷 및 스마트폰 중독 수준과 정신건강과의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 인터넷 및 스마트폰 중독이 정신건강에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 예비유아교사 418명을 대상으로 인터넷 중독, 스마트폰 중독, 정신건강을 조사하여 인터넷 중독, 스마트폰 중독에 따른 정신건강의 차이를 분석하였다. 본 연구의결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 인터넷과 스마트폰 중독의 실태를 살펴본 결과, 인터넷 중독 및 스마트폰 중독의 일반적 경향성에서 모두 내성의 평균이 가장 높게 나타났고 인터넷 중독 고위험군이11.2%, 스마트폰 중독 고위험군이 7.9%로 비교적 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 인터넷 중독 수준에 따른 정신건강의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 정신건강 전체 및 하위요인인 우울, 충동성, 공격성에서 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 셋째, 스마트폰 중독 수준에 따른 정신건강의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 정신건강 전체 및 모든 하위요인에서 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the Internet addiction andsmartphone addiction of preservice early childhood teachers on their mental health. The subjectsin this study were 418 preservice early childhood teachers. After their Internet addiction,smartphone addiction and mental health were checked, the relationship of the variables wasanalyzed. The findings of the study were as follows. First, as a result of investigating theproneness of the preservice early childhood teachers to Internet addiction and smartphone addictionand their mental health. Second, in general subjects were more prone to smartphone addiction thanto Internet addiction. Third, although Internet addiction total scores were significantly correlated tosmartphone addiction total scores, and there was a more significant correlation between smartphoneaddiction total scores and mental health total scores than between Internet addiction total scores andmental health total scores. Fourth, the relationship among the subfactors of Internet addiction,smartphone addiction and mental health was analyzed, and the two kinds of addiction had asignificant relationship with mental health and every subfactor of it that was anxiety, impulsiveness,aggressiveness and depression. Fifth, disturbance of daily living one of the subfactors of smartphoneaddiction was most influential in terms of teachers’ mental health.
