질높은 누리과정 운영을 위한 유아교사의 교육과정 정책우선순위분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 누리과정의 질 제고를 위해 유아교육과정 운영에 관한 유아교사의 정책우선순위를 파악하여 국가수준의 유아교육정책의 개선 방향을 제안하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서는 2016년 9월 29일부터 2016년 10월 21일까지 총 868개 유치원 및 어린이집 유아교사를 대상으로 인식과 요구에 대한 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 정책우선순위를 분석하기 위해 연구방법으로 t검정과 Borich의 요구도 분석, The Locus for Focus(LFF) 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육과정 질의 5개 영역에 대한 우선순위를 분석한 결과, 정책우선순위 영역은 교직원 영역이었으며, 차순위는 거버넌스, 평가, 커리큘럼 영역이었다. 둘째, 하위영역의 정책우선순위 항목은 유아교사의 교육과정 운영 자율권과 지역사회와의 협력 네트워크 구축 등이었다. 이상의 연구결과에 따른 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This purpose of this is to establish policy priorities for the Nuri Curriculum, which is the Korean national curriculum policy, by identifying the policy priorities of kindergarten and childcare center teachers for implementing quality curriculum. To achieve the purpose of the study, the study conducted an online survey of 938 kindergartens and children s homes from Sep. 29, 2016 to Oct. 21, 2016. To analyse the policy priorities, t-test, Borich needs analysis, and the Locus for Focus analysis were conducted to analyze policy priorities. The main research results are as follows. First, the policy regarding the faculty was regarded as a top priority. Second, the teaching staff thought about the importance of managing the curriculum, and allowing the educational process to be independently crafted and to raise their children s potentials. Third, they required a collaborative network with local communities and services. Fourth, it was regarded as an important policy priority to share the outcome of assessments among the members. Thus through this analysis, implication suggested is presented.
