국문 초록

본 연구는 긍정심리학 관점으로 본 스포츠 여가활동 경험과 의미를 셀프연구로 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 연구참여자의 테니스와 골프 일지를 자료로 수집하였고, 귀납적 범주분석으로 자료를 분석하였다. ‘나’는 스포츠를 배우며 자신의 반성적 사고를 바탕으로 자신의 수련 초점을 나무(기본 기술)와 숲(맥락 속에서의 전략) 사이를 옮겨가며 연습을 하였다. 또, 스포츠라는 공동의 관심사를 매개로 사회적 관계를 형성하고, 유대를 증진하며 상승(相乘)적 관계를 형성하였다. 이러한 경험은 나의 몸과 마음이 고양됨을 느끼도록 하였다. ‘나’는 이러한 참여 경험으로부터 삶에 대한 긍정적 태도 강화, 건강한 사회적 상호작용의 증진, 스포츠에 관한 관점의 확장이라는 의미와 가치를 구성할 수 있었다. 이 연구는 연구자 자신의 삶 속에 나타난 스포츠 여가활동의 경험과 의미를 구체화하였다. 이는 사람들이 스포츠 여가활동을 선택하도록 하고, 여가활동을 즐기는 삶이 개인적, 사회적 그리고 교육적측면에서 행복할 수 있다는 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences and meanings of sports leisure activities of pre-primary teacher educators from the perspective of positive psychology through self-research. For this purpose, in this study, the golf and tennis journals of the study participants were collected as data, and the data were analyzed by inductive category analysis. The sports leisure activities of life sports enthusiast practiced sports by shifting their focus between trees (basic skills) and forests (strategy in context) based on their reflective thinking. In the process of practice, social relationships were formed through the common interest of sports, and synergistic relationships were formed by promoting bonds. These experiences made life sports enthusiast feel the elevation of body and mind. Life sports enthusiast constituted the following meanings and values through participation in sports. : 1) Strengthening a positive attitude toward life 2) Promoting healthy social interaction 3) Expanding the perspective on sports. This study concretely presented the experiences and meanings of life sports enthusiasts. This will allow people to choose sports leisure activities and provide implications that a life that enjoys leisure activities can be happy in personal, social and educational aspects.
