부부갈등 문제를 가진 남편의 변화 과정 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 이혼위기에 놓여 있는 부부를 위한 가족치료 사례연구로서 ‘가족치료가 진행되는 동안 남편이 경험한 변화과정은 어떠한가?’에 대한 연구질문을 통해 범주를 도출하였다. 또한 남편의 변화과정을 시간의 흐름에 따라 전개하기 위해 초이론적 모델을 분석의 틀로 활용하였다. 남편은 전인식단계에서 일명 ‘독불장군’, ‘시한폭탄’과 같은 범주로 표현될 수 있는 역기능적 의사소통 방식을 유지해오다가 인식단계(치료자의 개입 단계)와 준비단계(약간의 행동변화를 알리는 단계)를 거쳐 행동단계에서 ‘배려하기’, ‘맞장구 치기’ 등의 새로운 시도를 시작하였다. 마지막으로 유지단계를 거쳐 사후상담을 통해 ‘가족이 함께’, ‘부부가 함께’라는 변화 모습이 관찰되어 부부관계의 개선과 향상이 눈에 띄게 증가했음을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the changing process of husband in getting divorce crisis by using transtheoretical model. The results of the research were as follows. In precontemplation stage, the husband used dysfunctional communication pattern such as ‘self-asserting’, and ‘stubborn outcast’. But the husband went through the contemplation stage (stage of getting ready to change) and the preparation stage (stage of beginning small steps to change). Also the husband attempted new communication pattern such as “consideration” and “active responses”. Finally, through the maintenance stage and follow-up consultations, the husband showed changed behavior such as “family together”, and the “couple together”. Therefore, the result of the study revealed the enhancement of marital relationship through the family therapy.
