국문 초록

본 연구는 온라인 기반 부수촉진을 통한 가상 조리 시연이 지적장애 고등학생의 직무기술 수행에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 목적을 두어 실시되었다. 연구 대상은 특수학교 고등학교 과정 3학년에 재학 중이면서 졸업을 앞둔 지적장애학생 3명이 선정되었으며, 연구 설계는 단일대상연구의 대상자간 중다간헐 기초선 설계 기법이 적용되었다. 그리고 독립변인으로 구성된 온라인 기반 부수촉진을 통한 가상 조리 시연은 줌 서비스를 통한 실시간 화상을 활용하는 교수자가 화면 공유를 통해 사업체의 고용주가 직무기술을 수행하는 장면이 녹화된 동영상 자료를 연구 대상에게 시청하도록 하는 절차가 반영되었다. 연구 대상은 동영상 자료의 시청과 함께 특수학교 조리실습실에서 직무기술 시연, 시각적 촉진, 직접적 언어촉진, 간접적 언어촉진의 패키지 절차로 중재를 제공받았다. 또한, 종속변인으로 구성된 직무기술은 연구 대상이 대학의 구내식당 주방에서 전복가자미 미역국을 직접 조리하는 수행이며, 과제분석에 의해 총 10가지의 하위 단계들이 구성되었다. 온라인 기반 부수촉진을 통한 가상 조리 시연은 지적장애 고등학생의 직무기술 습득과 유지, 일반화에 효과적이었다. 본 연구에서 적용된 온라인 기반 부수촉진을 통한 가상 조리 시연과 지적장애학생의 직무기술 간의 상호 유의미한 기능적 관계가 정립됨을 결론지을 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of virtual cooking demonstrations through online-based incidental promotion on the performance of job skills in high school students with intellectual disabilities. The subjects of this study were three students with intellectual disabilities who were attending the third grade of a special high school course and were about to graduate. The research design was used for multiple probe design across subjects of a single subject research. And the virtual cooking demonstrations through online-based incidental promotion composed of independent variables reflected the procedure that the instructor who uses the real-time image through the zoom service should watch the video data recorded by the employer of the workplace performing the job skills to the research subjects through screen sharing. The subjects of this study were provided with interventions in the cooking practice room of special schools along with watching video materials as a package procedure for demonstration of job skills, visual promotion, direct verbal promotion, and indirect verbal promotion. In addition, the job skills consisting of dependent variables is the performance of cooking the abalone halibut seaweed soup directly in the kitchen of the cafeteria of the university, and a total of 10 sub-level skills were constructed through task analysis. The virtual cooking demonstrations through online-based incidental promotion was effective in acquiring, maintaining and generalizing job skills of the subjects. Through this, it was possible to conclude that a meaningful functional relationship could be established between virtual cooking demonstrations through online-based incidental promotion and job skills performance of students with intellectual disabilities.
