특수체육 비전공 지도자들의 특수체육 수업 이야기

국문 초록

이 연구는 대학에서 특수체육을 전공하지 않은 일반체육 전공자들이 특수체육 수업을 진행하면서 경험한 내용을 알아봄으로써 체육 전공자들이 특수체육 수업을 진행하는데 필요한 역량이 무엇인지를 이해하는데 있다. 연구참여자는 학부에서 체육을 전공한 후 경력 2년 이하의 특수체육 수업 담당 지도자 5명이다. 연구자가 수집한 자료는 지도자들이 작성한 지도계획서, 수업일지, 평가서 등이며 그 외에 연구자와의 심층면담록과 연구자의 관찰일지 등이다. 연구자는 수집한 자료를 귀납적 내용 분석 과정을 거쳐 자료를 분석하였고, 연구참여자 확인과 동료 협의를 통해 연구의 진실성을 높이고자 노력하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과 수업을 연구참여자들은 호기심, 교수님 권유, 친구의 부탁 등으로 특수체육 수업을 시작하게 되었다. 연구참여자들이 특수체육 수업을 하면서 경험한 부정적인 부분은 대상자에게 적합한 교구 부족, 동기유발의 어려움, 전문 지식 부족 인식등으로 나타났다. 연구참여자들이 특수체육 수업을 하면서 경험한 긍정적인 부분은 아동들의 즐거움 발견, 특수체육 서비스 필요성 인식, 특수체육 서비스 대상자의 작은 발전, 학부모의 신뢰 형성 등으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the competencies necessary for special education majors to conduct special physical education classes by examining the experiences experienced by general physical education majors who did not major in special physical education at university. The participants of the study were 5 leaders in charge of special physical education classes with less than 3 years of experience after majoring in physical education in college. The data collected by the researcher include instructional plans, class diaries, and evaluations prepared by the leaders, as well as in-depth interviews with researchers and observation logs of researchers. The researcher analyzed the collected data through an inductive content analysis process, and tried to increase the truthfulness of the research by confirming the research participants and collaborating with peers. As a result of analyzing the collected data, the study participants started special physical education classes with curiosity, professor s recommendation, and friend s request. The negative aspects experienced by the study participants while taking special physical education classes were the lack of suitable teaching aids for the subjects, difficulties in motivating them, and perception of lack of professional knowledge. The positive aspects that the study participants experienced while taking special physical education classes were the discovery of children s joy, recognition of the need for special physical education services, small development of subjects of special physical education services, and the formation of parental trust.
