놀이치료 내담 아동의 놀이 주제 비교

국문 초록

본 연구는 외상 및 스트레스 관련 장애 특징을 보이는 아동, 불안장애 아동, 신경발달장애 아동 총 44명을 대상으로 아동의 놀이치료 과정에서 나타나는 놀이 주제를 BETPT(Benedict’s Expended Themes in Play Therapy)로 분석하여, 외상 및 스트레스 관련 장애, 불안장애, 신경발달장애 아동들의 놀이 주제에 따른 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외상 및 스트레스 관련 장애 집단에서 놀이 주제는 총 68가지의 놀이 주제 중 숙달, 공격성, 양육, 항상성, 게임 주제가 높게 나타났으며, 불안장애 집단에서는 숙달, 게임, 양육, 건설하기, 경계 설정, 공격성 주제가, 신경발달장애 집단에서는 숙달, 게임, 공격성, 경계 설정 주제가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 외상 및 스트레스 관련 장애 아동, 불안장애 아동, 신경발달장애 아동의 세 집단의 놀이 주제를 분석한 결과, 힘 있는 피겨가 보다 약한 피겨를 이김, 건설하기, 회피/탈출, 게임 놀이 주제에서 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 놀이 주제를 BETPT 도구를 사용하여 분석한 것으로, 놀이치료 과정을 객관적으로 파악할 수 있으며, 아동의 주호소에 따른 놀이 주제의 특징을 이해할 수 있는 자료를제공하였다는 것에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was to investigate the differences of play themes in play therapy process on forty–four children with the traits of Trauma–and Stressor–Related Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and Neurodevelopmental Disorders. The play themes in the play therapy process were analyzed with BETPT(Benedict’s Expended Themes in Play Therapy). The result of the study is as follows. First, the most frequent play themes from Sixty–eight kinds of play themes were Mastery, Aggression, Nurturing, Constancy, Game in the group of children with Trauma and Stressor Related Disorders, Mastery, Game, Nurturing, Boundary setting, Aggression in the group of children with Anxiety Disorders, and Mastery, Game, Aggression, Boundary setting in the group of children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders. Second, it showed that the significant differences on the themes of Powerful figure overcoming weaker figure, Bridge building and Escape Game in the analysis of three groups of the children with Trauma and Stressor Related Disorder, Anxiety Disorder and Neurodevelopmental Disorder. It has the significant that this study provide grasping the play therapy process objectively and understanding the characteristics of play themes on the main issues of children through analyzing play themes using BETPT as a tool in this study.
