대학생의 우울과 사이버 관계중독의 관계에서 자아정체감의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 우울과 사이버 관계중독의 관계에서 자아정체감의 매개효과가 나타나는지를 알아보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 G광역시 남자대학생 326명(54.1%)과 여자대학생 273명(45.3%)으로 총 599명(100.0%, 결측치 포함)을 임의 표집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 사용하여 Pearson 상관분석 및 회귀분석과 Baron과 Kenney의 매개적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석 결과 첫째, 대학생의 우울 수준이 높을수록 사이버 관계중독이 높게 나타났고, 자아정체감이 긍정적일수록 사이버 관계중독은 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 자아정체감은 대학생의 우울과 사이버 관계중독 관계에서 남자대학생에게는 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났지만, 여자대학생에게는 부분매개 역할을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 사회 문제되고 있는 대학생들의 사이버 관계중독에 영향을 미치는 심리적 특성인 우울, 자아정체감과의 관계를 고찰하고 대응 방안을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the ego–identity plays a mediating role on the relationship between depression level and cyber relationship addiction by college students. For this study, a total of 599 college students which made up of 326 male and 273 female were randomly sampled, and the collected data were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis, mediation regression analysis of Baron and Kenny using SPSS 22.0. The main analysis results were as follows: First, the higher the depression, the higher the cyber–relationship addiction. The more affirmative the ego–identity, the lower the cyber–relationship addiction. Secondly, ego–identity had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between depression and cyber–relationship addiction for male college students. However, it does not show any partial mediating effect for female college students. this study can be used as a basic data for establishing countermeasures for cyber–relationship addiction problem that is raising to be a social problem.
