국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 손자녀 양육에 참여하는 조모와 성인자녀의 갈등 경험과 적응 경험을 밝히고 이를 바탕으로 갈등을 기독교 상담학적 방법으로 예방하고 돌봄을 모색하는 데 있다. 연구를 위해 은평구 소재 손자녀 양육에 참여하는 10명의 조모를 선정하였다. 이들을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 실시하였으며 자료분석을 위해 근거이론 방법론을 사용하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 Graham의 체계적 목회 신학방법론을 통하여 신학적 성찰을 시도하였다. 이에 Graham의 심리체계 지도의 구성개념인 상황적 구성요소, 상황적 조직성, 이중구조적 영향력, 경쟁적 가치와 근거이론 패러다임의 결과를 연결하여 논의하였다. 또한 조모와 성인자녀의 갈등을 예방하기 위해 체계적 돌봄의 필요성을 논의하면서 개인적 돌봄과 교회적 돌봄, 사회적 돌봄을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to establish conflicts and adaptations experienced by grandmothers taking part in the upbringing of their grandchildren and grandmothers’ grown–up children, and aims to find ways to prevent and address the conflicts in a Christian counselling approach. Ten grandmothers taking part in rearing grandchild(children) were selected, and in–depth interviews with them were conducted. Grounded theory method was employed for the data analysis. A grounded theory approach was employed for the analysis of the in–depth interviews conducted on them before theological reflection was attempted based on the outcome of the study through systematic pastoral theological methodology. This was then connected to and discussed in conjunction with the Graham’s construct of psychological system, situational factors, situational coordination, dual–structural influence, competing values, and the outcome of paradigm drawn from the grounded theory. Also, personal care, supporting care, and cultural care were suggested while emphasizing the needs for systematic care for ‘ministers.’
