국문 초록

본 연구는 장애아통합 어린이집의 보육의 질을 높이고 효율적인 운영을 위해 장애아통합 어린이집 원장의 전문성과 리더십이 보육교사의 협력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 전국 장애아통합 어린이집의 장애영유아를 위한 보육교사와 일반보육교사 229명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였으며, t검정, 일원분산분석, 사후검증, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 원장의 전문성과 리더십에 대해 교사들의 인식이 높았고, 전문성은 상징적 능력이, 리더십은 감성적 리더십이 가장 높았다. 감성적 리더십은 사회 인식 및 관계관리 능력이, 변혁적 리더십은 결속촉진이 가장 높게 인식되었으나 거래적 리더십은 개인적 배경 변인 간 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 국공립어린이집 교사들과 원장이 특수교육을 전공한 경우에 원장의 전문성과 리더십은 유의한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 교사 협력과 원장의 전문성, 리더십과의 상관관계에서는 원장의 전문성, 전체 리더십, 변혁적 리더십, 감성적 리더십, 거래적 리더십에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 장애아통합 어린이집 원장의 전문성과 리더십이 교사의 협력에 미치는 영향을 논의하고 이에 대한 정책적 지원을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the professionalism and leadership of the director of an inclusive daycare center for children with disabilities on the teacher collaboration for quality childcare and efficient operation. The subjects of the study were 229 ordinary teachers and special teachers in charge of young children with disabilities at inclusive daycare centers nationwide. For statistics, the t­test, one­way ANOVA and post­hoc test, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were performed. According to the results of the study, first, teachers perception of the professionalism and leadership of the director was high, professionalism had the highest symbolic ability, and leadership had the highest emotional leadership. The findings from the study are as follows. First, emotional leadership was appreciated the highest in social awareness and also relationship management capacity was in promoting solidarity. But in transactional leadership, differences in personal background variables were not significant. Second, the professionalism and leadership of the director were substantial when the director and teachers had majored in special education. Third, in the corelation between the director s professionalism & leadership and cooperation among the teachers, it suggested that the professionalism of the director, overall leadership, transformational leadership, emotional leadership and transformational leadership were significant in order. The implications from the study finding and related policy suggestions were presented the effect of professionalism and leadership of the director of an inclusive daycare center for children with disabilities on the teacher collaboration
