국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년이 지각한 정서지능과 학습몰입의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 청소년들의 긍정적 정서와 자기효능감을 높여 행복한 학습을 할 수 있도록 도움을 주는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 S시 지역에 거주하는 청소년들을 대상으로 하여 210부 설문지를 배포하고, 수집된 163부에서 초등학생 72명, 중학생 91명을 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 활용해 t검증, 일원분산분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년이 지각한 정서지능은 학습몰입과 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 청소년이 정서지능을 높게 지각할수록 자신의 학습몰입 상태 또한 높음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 정서지능과 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 이는 정서지능이 높을수록 자기효능감이 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 청소년의 자기효능감과 학습몰입과의 관계에서도 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 청소년이 지각한 정서지능과 자기효능감이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향은 회귀계수의 유의성 검증 결과 정서지능과 자기효능감은 학습몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 지각한 정서지능과 학습몰입의 관계에서 자기효능감이 매개하는지를 분석한 결과, 자기효능감은 정서지능과 학습몰입의 관계에서 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 정서지능과 자기효능감은 학습몰입에 유의미한 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 정서지능과 자기효능감이 발달하기 위해서는 가정과 학교에서 역할이 중요하겠으며, 이를 위해 청소년들에게 적절한 환경조성이 필요하겠다.

영문 초록

This study tried to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning immersion perceived by adolescents. The purpose of this study was to help adolescents achieve happy learning by increasing their positive emotions and self-efficacy. For this study, 210 questionnaires were distributed to youth living in the S City area, and 72 elementary school students and 91 middle school students were used in the analysis in the collected 163 departments. The collected data was used by the IBM SPSS 21.0 statistical program to conduct t validation, one-part spectrometry analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple recursive analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the emotional intelligence perceived by adolescents was found to have a significant positive correlation with learning commitment. In other words, it can be seen that the higher the emotional intelligence of adolescents is, the higher their learning immersion state is. Second, self-efficacy showed a significant positive correlation with emotional intelligence, indicating that the higher the emotional intelligence, the higher the self-efficacy. Third, the relationship between self-efficacy and learning commitment of adolescents was also found to have a significant positive correlation. Fourth, the effect of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy perceived by adolescents on learning immersion was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on learning immersion in emotional intelligence and self-efficacy as a result of the significance test of the regression coefficient. Fifth, as a result of analyzing whether self-efficacy is mediated in the relationship between perceived emotional intelligence and learning commitment, it was found that self-efficacy partially mediates in the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning commitment. Through this study, it can be seen that emotional intelligence and self-efficacy have a significant effect on learning indescriming. In order for emotional intelligence and self-efficacy to develop, roles at home and at school will be important, and for this purpose, an appropriate environment for adolescents will need to be created.
