국문 초록

이 논문은 비노바 바베(Vinoba Bhave) 종교사상의 통합적 실천원리를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 비노바 바베의 종교 사상에는 영성과 사회적 다르마를 실천하는 의미를 내포한다. 아울러 그의 종교는 실천적 영성을 깨닫게 하는 교육적 의미를 내재하고 있다. 따라서 비노바의 종교사상은 사회적 개혁과 영성혁명 교육의 실천의 통합적 의미를 제공한다. 비노바의 종교사상을 통합적으로 연계하는 원리를 제공하는 요가철학(Yoga philosophy)은 이러한 점에서 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 비노바는 그의 Gita 강론서인 Talks on Gita(천상의 노래: 바가바드 기타 이야기)를 통해서 요가철학의 내용을 제시하고 있다, 이러한 점에서 먼저 이 논문에서는 비노바의 종교사상내에 존재하는 영적 지향, 사회적 개혁, 교육적 실천의 통합적 관련성을 제시하고자 한다. 그리고 이러한 논의를 기반으로 해서 비노바의 요가철학의 원리와 특성을 실천적 영성의 구현 측면에서 제시함으로서, 비노바 종교사상의 통합적 실천원리를 구조적인 측면에서 탐색 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This paper aims to explore the educational significance of integrated practice in religious thoughts of Vinoba Bhave. His religious ideas are meant to practice spirituality through devotion to God and social practice for the improvement of people’s lives. In this paper His educational practice which called Naitalim(the movement of New Education) can recognize the meaning of these religions as intrinsic activities that serve as a public awareness of practical spirituality. Therefore, the implementation of spirituality, social activities, and educational practice have a unified link within the religious thoughts of Vinoba Bhave And in this respect, Vinoba’s religious ideas are meant to provide a principle of education while pursuing social reform and spiritual revolution. Vinoba’s philosophical principles of Yoga, the heart of the religious thought, are based on the Indian classic ≪Baghavard Gita≫. Vinoba describes the content of yoga philosophy in detail through her writings ≪Talks on Gita≫, and in this paper, it is mainly explained principles of in Yoga philosophy that is described in this book. Vinoba’s philosophical principles of yoga mean a point of practice that unifies the spirituality and practice of Dharma(society duties). Vinoba’s religious thoughts present practical spirituality, which is the purpose of which is to achieve a person’s spiritual maturity and social reform. In this respect, this paper discusses Vinoba;s religious thoughts which provide combined features of in practical spirituality, social improvement and educational activities. And based on this discussion I would like to suggest the structural principles and characteristics of yoga philosophy which can integrates religious behavior and social movement and educational practice in a point of view in integrated practice.
