화성시 사회복지사 처우개선에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 화성시 사회복지사의 실태조사를 바탕으로 처우개선 방안을 마련하기 위해서 진행되었고, 실제적인 화성시 사회복지사의 처우를 개선하는데 중요한 자료로 활용될 것이다. 조사대상자는 화성시 소재 사회복지기관 및 시설에 근무하는 사회복지사 308명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 일반적 특성을 살펴보면, 남자에 비해 여자가 많고, 미혼에 비해 기혼이 많고, 대졸이 가장 많고, 사회복지사 1급 자격증 소지자가 가장 많고, 비정규직에 비해 정규직이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 급여를 살펴보면, 노인복지관과 장애인복지관이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 근무환경을 살펴보면, 일에 대한 보람이 만족도가 가장 높고, 보수가 만족도가 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 처우개선을 살펴보면, 복지포인트와 수당 확대가 가장 높게 나타났다. 화성시 사회복지 기관 및 시설에서 근무하는 사회복지사의 처우개선을 위해서는 화성시, 사회복지 기관 및 시설, 법인, 협회 차원에서 다양한 처우개선 방안이 마련되어 추진될 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to prepare a treatment improvement plan based on the actual situation survey of social workers in Hwaseong City, and it will be used as an important data to improve the actual treatment of social workers in Hwaseong City. The subjects of the survey were 308 social workers working at social welfare institutions and facilities located in Hwaseong. Looking at the general characteristics, more women than men, more married than unmarried, most college graduates, most holders of first-class social worker licenses, and more regular workers than non-regular workers. In terms of salaries, senior welfare centers and disabled welfare centers showed the highest salaries. Looking at the working environment, it was found that the satisfaction with work was the highest, and the pay was the lowest. In terms of treatment improvement, welfare points and expansion of allowances were found to be the highest. In order to improve the treatment of social workers working in social welfare institutions and facilities in Hwaseong City, it was found that various measures to improve treatment at the level of Hwaseong City, social welfare institutions and facilities, corporations, and associations need to be prepared and promoted.
