기술교사의 자율성 지지와 중학생의 기술교과 태도의 관계에서 기술적 자기효능감의 매개효과

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 기술교사의 자율성 지지와 중학생의 기술교과 태도의 관계에서 기술적 자기효능감의 매개효과를 구명하는 데 있었다. 모집단은 전국의 중학교에 재학 중인 학생으로, 표본 크기는 총 400명으로 설정하였다. 표집은 학교소재지(특별시 및 광역시, 도)에 따라 비례층화표집으로 이루어졌다. 자료 수집은 우편조사를 통해 총 400부의 설문지를 배부하여 323부가 회수되었고, 불성실 응답을 제외하고 최종적으로 319명의 응답 자료를 활용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기초통계치 분석과 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석 및 SPSS PROCESS MACRO model 4를 활용한 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 주요 연구 결과로는 첫째, 중학생이 기술 교과 및 수업에 대하여 갖고 있는 태도는 보통 수준(M=3.22) 정도였다. 또한, 기술교사의 학생에 대한 자율성 지지는 보통보다 조금 높은 수준(M=3.70)이고, 중학생의 기술적 자기효능감은 보통 수준(M=3.23) 정도였다. 둘째, 기술교사의 자율성 지지(=.151)와 중학생의 기술적 자기효능감(=.650)이 각각 중학생의 기술교과 태도에 직접적으로 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사의 자율성 지지가 중학생의 기술적 자기효능감을 매개로 기술교과 태도에 간접적으로 정적인 영향(B=.193)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of technological self-efficacy in the relationship between technology teachers autonomy support and students attitudes toward technology subjects in middle school. The population was students enrolled in middle schools across the country, and the sample size was set to a total of 400 students. Sampling was done in proportional stratified sampling according to the location of the school. For data collection, a total of 400 questionnairs were distributed through a postal survey, and 323 copies were collected. Finally, 319 responses were used except for insincere responses. For data analysis, basic statistical analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, and mediating effect using SPSS PROCESS MACRO model 4 were verified using the SPSS 23.0 program. The main research results are: First, the attitudes that middle school students have in relation to the content elements and classes of technology subjects are at a moderate level(M=3.22). In addition, the teacher s autonomy support for the students is a little higher than moderate leve(M=3.70), and the student s technological self-efficacy is at a moderate level(M=3.23). Second, the teacher s autonomy support(=.151) and the student s technological self-efficacy(=.650) have a direct and positive effect on the student s attitudes toward technology subjects in middle school. Third, teachers autonomy support indirectly and positively affects the student s attitudes toward technology subjects through the technological self-efficacy(B=.193).
