국문 초록

우리나라 스포츠 산업의 대부분의 영세한 기업들의 금융·투자 지원에 있어 보유하고 있는 유형자산만으로는 금융·투자 지원은 그 외형적 크기만으로도 한계가 있을 수밖에 없다. 스포츠 산업에서 보유하고 있는 유형자산과 더불어 특허권, 실용신안권, 상표권 등의 산업재산권의 가치평가를 통한 금융·투자 지원으로 보유 자산을 증가하여 이를 기반으로 좀 더 넓은 금융·투자 지원이 이루어져야 한다. 스포츠 산업분야에 집중되어 있는 무형자산 활용에 있어 스포츠 분야의 한 축이 되고 있는 스포츠 선수들이 보유하고 있는 무형자산에 대한 가치평가를 통한 금융·투자 지원도 고려해 봐야 한다고 생각된다. 스포츠 선수들의 연봉 및 계약에 있어서도 주요 선수 이외의 대부분의 선수들에게 있어 정당한 연봉 산정을 통한 근거 있는 금액이 제시되어야 하며 이러한 점에 있어 스포츠 무형자산 가치평가가 기준점으로서의 활용도 고려할 수 있다고 생각된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스포츠 산업과 스포츠 선수들이 보유하고 있는 무형자산 전반에 대하여 살펴보고 무형자산의 가치평가에 있어 기존 가치평가 요소 이외의 스포츠 분야만의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 부분을 살펴보고 활용할 수 있도록 논의해보고자 한다.

영문 초록

Tangible assets held in finance and investment support of most micro enterprises in Korea s sports industry, financial and investment support can be limited only by external size. In addition to tangible assets held in the sports industry, assets held by finance and investment support through valuation of industrial property rights such as patents, utility model rights, trademark rights and so on have increased, and based on this, broader financial and investment support Should be done. Utilizing intangible assets concentrated in the sports industry field, it is considered that consideration should be given to financial and investment support through value evaluation of intangible assets owned by athletes who are a part of the sports field. Even in the annual salary and contract of athletes, for most players other than the main players, a reasonable amount of money based on a valid social salary calculation should be presented, and in this respect the value evaluation of sports intangible assets will be utilized as a reference point Can also be considered. In this study, looking at the intangible assets held by the sports industry and athletes in general, to investigate and utilize the parts that can reflect the characteristics of only sports fields other than existing value evaluation factors in the valuation of intangible assets I want to discuss.
