지체장애 특수학교의 현장체험학습 활동내용 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지체장애 특수학교의 현장체험학습 실시 장소의 중복 여부 및 현장체험학습 활동내용의 학년 간 연계성을 분석하는 것이다. 활동내용의 학년 간 연계성이란 학생의 연령과 학년이 증가함에 따라 현장체험학습의 활동내용이 심화되는 것을 말한다. 이를 위해 현장체험학습 관련 문서 공개가 비교적 적극적으로 이루어진 지체장애 특수학교 J학교를 대상으로 선정하여 2016～2018학년도 3개년 동안의 현장체험학습 관련 문서의 내용을 통해 현장체험학습 실시 장소와 활동내용을 종단적으로 분석하였다. 2018학년도 기준 초등학교 2학년부터 고등학교 3학년까지의 학생들의 현장체험학습 장소와 활동내용을 분석하고 장소의 중복 여부 및 활동내용의 학년 간 연계성 여부를 분석하였다. 이러한 방법을 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현장체험학습의 장소가 중복된 사례는 총 5건이 있었다. 둘째, 이 5건의 사례 중 두 학년도 연속적으로 중복된 경우가 3건, 1년 이상 간격을 두고 비연속적으로 중복된 경우가 2건이 있었다. 셋째, 현장체험학습의 장소가 중복된 5건의 사례 중 1건은 학년 간 연계성이 이루어지지 않고 오히려 이전 학년도보다 활동내용이 단순화되었으며, 3건은 활동내용의 학년 간 연계성이 잘 이루어졌다. 1건은 활동내용이 구체적으로 기재되지 않고 활동내용의 파악이 어려웠다. 이상과 같이 현장체험학습에서 학생들의 실질적인 경험의 확대와 학습이 이루어지도록하기 위해서는 활동내용의 단순 반복이나 일회성 체험에 그치는 것으로는 부족하며 학년간 연계성을 고려하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 교사 차원에서는 학년 간 연계성을 고려하여 현장체험학습 운영 계획을 수립해야 하며, 학교와 교육청 및 지역사회 차원에서는 이를 위한 행·재정적 지원이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analysis the duplication of place and inter-grade connection of activity contents in field experience learning in physical disability school. ‘Inter-grade connection of activity contents’ refers to deepening of contents as students’ grade or age increases. For this study, physical disability school ‘J’ selected as the subject and longitudinally analyzed that the place and inter-connection of activity contents of field experience learning through the official document related field experience learning from 2016 to 2018. The target of the analysis was the duplication of place and activity contents of the field experience learning of students from the second grade of elementary school to the third grade of high school in 2018. The results of this study are as follows. First, There were 5 cases that the place of field experience learning was duplicated. Second, There were 3 cases that consecutively 2 years duplicate and 2 cases that nonconsecutive with intervals at least 1 year duplicate. Third, in the 5 cases, there was 1 case that activities contents has more simplified than the previous grade rather than Inter-grade connected. And there were 3 cases that Inter-grade connection of activities contents was well done. Finally, this study discussed the following points. In order to learning and expansion of experience is done, a simple repetition or one-time experience is not enough, and it is necessary to consider inter-grade connection. Therefore, teachers should consider inter-grade connection in planning phase to field experience learning. And Schools, Office of Educations and Communities should provide administrative and financial support for this.
