자기관리 프로그램이 경도인지장애환자의 자기 효능감, 삶의 질, 우울감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구는 경도인지장애 환자를 대상으로 자기관리 프로그램을 시행하였을 때 자기 효능감, 삶의 질, 우울감에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : S시에 거주하며 경도인지장애(MCI) 진단을 받은 노인 30명을 대상으로 2019년 3월부터 2019년 5월까지 주 1회 총 8회 자기관리 프로그램 실시하였다. 중재 전⋅후 환자의 자기 효능감, 삶의 질, 우울감을 평가하기 위해 Self-efficacy scale, Geriatric Quality of Iife, Short form of Geriatric Depression Scale for Korean를 실시하였다. 연구결과 : 중재 전⋅후 비교에서 자기관리 프로그램을 실시한 경도인지장애 환자는 자기 효능감, 삶의 질, 우울감에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다(p<.01). 결론 : 본 연구의 통해 자기관리 프로그램이 경도인지장애 환자의 치매로의 진행을 예방할 수 있는 중재방법으로 적극적으로 활용할 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objective : The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of self-care programs on self-efficacy, quality of life, and depression on patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods : A total of eight programs were conducted once a week from March 2019 to May 2019 for 30 elderly people who lived in S city and were diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Self-effective scale, Geriatric quality of life, short form of Geriatric stress scale for Korean were conducted to evaluate the self-efficacy, quality of life and depression of patients before and after intervention. Results : Patients with mild cognitive impairment who conducted self-care programs before and after intervention showed significant differences in self-efficacy, quality of life and depression (p<.01). Conclusion : Through this study, we hope that the self-management program can be actively used as an intervention method to prevent the progression of patients with mild cognitive impairment to dementia.
