장애학생의 진로·직업교육 관련 실험연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애학생의 2011년부터 2020년까지 최근 국내 학술지 게재된 진로․직업교육 관련 실험연구 논문 40편을 연구대상, 연구방법, 독립변인 및 종속변인, 연구결과로 나누어 분석하여 연구동향을 파악하고 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 지적장애 고등학생을 대상으로 일반학교 특수학급에서 수행된 연구가 가장 많았다. 둘째, 연구방법은 집단설계연구의 사전-사후 통제집단 설계를 가장 많이 활용하고 있었으며 대부분의 2-4개월간, 학교 교실에서 연구를 수행하고 있었다. 셋째, 독립변인은 진로집단 상담프로그램을 활용한 진로·직업 교육을 실시한 것이, 종속변인은 자기효능감과 관련된 개인적 요인을 살펴본 것이 가장 많았다. 넷째, 연구결과는 90%이상 효과가 있음을 보고하고 있었다. 논의에서는 장애학생의 진로․직업교육 관련된 연구가 향후 보다 범위와 대상을 확대하고 협력 교육, 주제 중심의 다학문적 교육, 현장 중심 교육 연구 등이 필요함을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed 40 experimental research papers related to career and vocational education, which were recently published in domestic journals from 2011 to 2020, of students with disabilities. As a result of the study, first, the most researches were conducted in the special classes of general schools, targeting high school students with intellectual disabilities. Second, the most widely used experimental design is the pre-post control group design of group design research. Most of the experiment period is 2-4 months. And most of the test sites are in school classrooms. Third, the most widely used that the independent variable was career and vocational education was conducted using a career group counseling program, and the dependent variable was personal factors related to self-efficacy. Fourth, most of the studies showed positive experimental results. It was suggested that research related to career and vocational education of students with disabilities should expand the scope and targets in the future, and cooperative education, multidisciplinary education centered on themes, and field-oriented education research are needed.
