상담에서의 작업동맹, 불만족개입과 상담성과간의 관계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 상담성과에 영향을 미치는 작업동맹과 작업동맹위기의 해결, 불만족개입의 관계를 확인하는 것이다. 또한 작업동맹과 상담성과간의 관계에서 내담자가 지각한 불만족 개입 및 작업동맹위기해결의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 대학상담소, 사설상담소, 청소년 상담기관에서 현재 상담이 5회기 이상 진행된 남녀 내담자 93명이다. 연구에 사용된 도구는 작업동맹척도, 불만족개입척도, 작업동맹위기해결진단척도, 상담성과척도 4개의 척도이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0을 통하여 매개효과의 유의성을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 작업동맹과 상담성과의 관계에서 상담자의 불만족개입과 작업동맹위기해결 모두 부분매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 통하여 작업동맹이 직접적으로 상담성과에 영향을 미치기 보다는 상담자의 불만족 개입과 상담에서 나타날 수 있는 작업동맹위기해결이 매개가 되어 상담성과에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 이는 작업동맹 수준이 높으면 상담의 성과가 나타난다기보다는 상담과정 중의 상담자의 적절한 불만족에 대한 개입과 동맹의 위기를 알아채고 해결을 이룬 결과에 따라 상담성과가 달라질 수 있음을 시사한다. 끝으로 위와 같은 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to confirm the relationship between work alliance, resolution of work alliance crisis, and dissatisfied intervention that affect counseling outcomes. It also verifies the mediating effect of the dissatisfaction intervention perceived by the client and the resolution of the work alliance crisis in the relationship between work alliance and counseling outcomes. The subjects of this study are 93 male and female clients who currently have counseling for more than 5 sessions at university counseling centers, private counseling centers, and youth counseling institutions. The tools used in the study are the Work Alliance Scale, Dissatisfaction Intervention Scale, Work Alliance Crisis Resolution Diagnosis Scale, and Counseling Performance Scale. These are four scales. The collected data analyzed the significance of mediating effects through SPSS 24.0. As a result of the study, it was found that both the counselor s dissatisfied intervention and the resolution of the work alliance crisis had partial mediation effects in the relationship between work alliance and counseling outcome. Through these results, it was found that the counselor s dissatisfaction intervention and the resolution of the work alliance crisis that may appear in counseling are mediated, and have an influence on the counseling outcome, rather than directly affecting the counseling outcome. This suggests that the counselor s intervention for appropriate dissatisfaction during the counseling process and the result of recognizing and solving the crisis of the alliance may change the counseling outcome rather than the outcome of counseling if the level of working alliance is high. Finally, based on the results of the above study, the significance of this study and suggestions for subsequent research were discussed.
