대학생의 고용가능성 진단 도구 개발

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 대학생의 고용가능성 진단 도구를 개발하는데 있었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 하위영역 설정 , 문항 개발 , 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증 , 규준 개발 등의 네 가지 검사도구 개발 단계에 따라 연구를 실시하였다. 첫째, 하위영역 설정 단계에서는 선행 연구 고찰을 토대로 잠정적인 대학생 고용가능성의 구인화 모형을 설정하고, 델파이 기법을 활용하여 타당도를 검증하고 구인화 모형을 수정 및 보완하였다. 그 결과 최종적으로 대학생의 고용가능성 영역을 구직준비도 및 고용적합능력으로 구분하고, 구직준비도에는 구직목표 설정, 구직정보 탐색, 구직기술 습득, 구직경력 준비의 4개 하위영역을, 고용적합능력에는 의사소통능력, 자원활용능력, 문제해결능력, 대인관계능력, 변화대처능력의 5개 하위영역을 설정하였다. 둘째, 문항 개발 단계에서는 대학생 고용가능성의 하위영역에 대한 개념 정의와 관련 선행연구 결과를 토대로 127개 문항을 개발하였으며, 내용타당도 검증을 통하여 문항을 수정 또는 제거하였다. 셋째, 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증 단계에서는 예비조사와 본조사를 실시하여 진단 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 먼저 예비조사에서는 4년제 대학생 240명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 문항분석, 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 이를 통해 총 77개 문항으로 구성된 본조사용 진단 도구를 확정하였다. 본조사에서는 4년제 대학생 840명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 대학생의 고용가능성 진단 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 문항내적일치도 계수를 산출하였고, 탐색적․확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 준거 변인과의 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 넷째, 규준 개발 단계에서는 진단 결과의 해석을 보다 용이하게 하기 위하여 집단별 규준을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 집단 간 차이 검증을 실시하였으며, 그 결과를 토대로 학년별(1학년, 2․3학년, 4학년) 및 계열별(인문․사회계열, 자연․공학계열) 규준을 작성하였으며, 이 때 규준 점수로는 백분위 점수와 표준점수(T점수)를 활용하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument for measuring the employability of university students. The study was performed in four phases: 1) Domains of the construct establishment; 2) Instrument items development; 3) Validity and reliability verification; and 4) Norm development. In phase 1, a construct model of the empolyability of university students was temporarily developed based on the literature review of previous studies and the construct model was revised with the Delphi technique. The final model consisted of two domains, i.e., the employment readiness and the employability skills. Four sub-domains were identified in the employment readiness domain: 1) Goal establishment; 2) Information exploration; 3) Skills acquirement; and 4) Career preparation. The employability skills domain consisted of five sub-domains: 1) Communication skills; 2) Resource-application skills; 3) Problem-solving skills; 4) Interpersonal skills; and 5) Change-management skills In phase 2, an initial set of 127 items were developed based on the result of the phase 1 and the literature review and the items were revised and deleted through the content-related validity verification. In phase 3, the validity and the reliability of the instrument were established via the field test. The pilot test was conducted with 240 university students. After conducting the item analysis, the reliability analysis, and the factor analysis, a set of 77 items were selected for the main test. A total of 840 university students participated in the main test of the instrument. For verifying the validity and the reliability of the instrument, the internal consistency coefficients, the factor analysis, and correlation analysis were introduced. In phase 4, the norms for the academic years and the major fields of study were presented. The norms were developed based on the result of the group difference and percentile scores and t-scores were applied.
