국문 초록

이 연구는 근거이론방법을 통해 특성화고 및 마이스터고의 산학협력 네트워크 형성, 강화 및 소멸과정을 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 특성화고 및 마이스터고에서 현재 산학협력 업무를 담당하고 있는 담당 교사를 선정하여 인터뷰 하였다. 인터뷰한 내용을 바탕으로 개방 코딩과 축 코딩을 진행하였으며, 위 방법을 통해 도출한 패러다임의 결과는 다음과 같다. 산학협력 네트워크가 형성되는 인과적 조건은 학생들의 취업요구, 회사의 구인요구, 정부정책 요구에 대한 학교의 대응, 직업교육 질 향상을 위한 노력이 있으며, 형성을 위한 맥락적 조건에는 사전정보 없는 접촉, 구심체를 찾아서 접촉, 개인인맥을 통한 접촉, 기업이 먼저 접촉, 기업이 찾아오도록 유도로 범주화할 수 있었다. 산학협력 네트워크의 강화 및 소멸을 위한 중재적 조건은 학교의 구조적 특성, 교사의 역량 및 여건, 학생의 역량, 태도 및 병역문제, 기업의 근로 여건 및 교육 인프라, 노동시장과 산업의 영향, 초기 관계 형성 과정의 한계점이 있었다. 이를 위한 작용/상호작용 전략은 학교의 산학협력기업 질 관리, 산학협력 네트워크 구조화, 관계 친밀도 향상 및 공식화, 기업 참여 유도와 기업에게 인센티브 제공 등이 있었다.이 연구에서는 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 산학협력 네트워크를 형성하는 과정의 구심체와 네트워크의 시스템화가 필요하며, 양적인 측면만을 강조하는 정부의 산학협력 평가에 대한 개선과 산학협력 네트워크에서의 학교와 기업의 역할을 명확히 규명해야 한다는 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyses the Formation, Reinforcement and Vanishment of the Industry-Vocational School Cooperation Network at Specialized Vocational High School and Meister School by using grounded theory. To analyse, teachers who are in charge of Industry-Vocational School Cooperation were interviewed. Based on the interview, open coding and axial coding were processed and paradigm derived from interview are following. The casual conditions for the formation of the Industry-Vocational School Cooperation Network include student s demand of getting a job, companies demand for human resources, reaction to government policy and efforts to enhance vocational education quality. The contexts of formation include contact without information, contact through central body, contact through personal relationship, contact from company and school s effort to attract positive participation from the company. The intervening conditions for reinforcement and vanishment of the industry-vocational school cooperation include school system, teacher s competence and conditions, student s competence, conditions and military service, company s working condition and educational infra, impacts from labor market and industry and limitation in initial process of network formation. The action/interactions include school s quality management of companies, industry-vocational school network systematization, efforts to increase the level of closeness, formalization of relationship, attraction company participation and offering incentive to company. Through the results, we suggest that it is necessary to have central body in formation processing, to improve the way of evaluation which focuses on the number of network relationship and to clarify the role of school and company in network formation.
