국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 노동시장에서의 청년층 직업 및 고용 관련 연구 동향을 분석하는 데 있었다. 이를 위해 2010~2015년에 발간된 250편의 연구물을 대상으로 네트워크 텍스트 분석을 실시하였으며 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노동시장에서의 청년층 직업 및 고용 연구는 14개의 주제(청년층, 대졸자, 취업, 고용, 노동시장, 일자리, 첫일자리, 취업준비, 교육, 대학, 전공, 노동시장 성과, 임금)가 중심주제로서 주축을 이루며 수행되어왔다. 둘째, 노동시장에서의 청년층 직업 및 고용 연구는‘청년층의 노동시장 이행 현상’에 대한 연구가 세부적으로 수행되어 왔다(하위집단 네트워크 1). 이 연구들은 청년층이 노동시장에서 선택할 수 있는 다양한 선택지와 상태를 종합하고 분석하여 거시적·구조적 차원의 연구 경향을 가지고 있다. 셋째, 노동시장에서의 청년층 직업 및 고용 연구는‘대졸자 노동시장의 불안정성’에 대한 연구가 세부적으로 수행되어 왔다(하위집단 네트워크 2). 이 연구들은 대졸자가 노동시장에서 겪을 수 있는 다양한 부정적 현상을 미시적·거시적 차원에서 분석하는 연구 경향을 가지고 있다. 넷째, 노동시장에서의 청년층 직업 및 고용 연구는‘청년층의 구직 활동과 성과’에 대한 연구가 세부적으로 수행되어 왔다(하위집단 네트워크 3). 이 연구들은 청년층 개인이 보유한 특성이나 속성에 따라 입직 이후 어떠한 환경에 놓이고 처우를 받는지에 대한 영향관계 등이 연구되는 경향이 있다고 판단할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the trends of vocation and employment research for youth in labor market by network text analysis. The research sample were collected by using key words such as ‘youth’, ‘labor market’, ‘university graduates’, ‘college graduates’, and ‘highschool graduates’ etc. from RISS database published 2010~2015. A total of 250 research were used for analysis. The findings of the study were as follows. First, vocation and employment research for youth has been published covering 14 core subject such as youth, graduate students, getting a job, employment, labor market, job, first-job, preparation process for transition, education, university, labor market performance, wage. Second, ‘school to work phenomenon’ theme has been dealt with vocation and employment research for youth in labor market(represented by sub-network 1). The research has covered employment options that youth can be with the macroscopic point of view. Third, ‘labor market instability for university graduates’ theme has been dealt with vocation and employment research for youth in labor market(represented by sub-network 2). The research has covered variety of struggles that university graduates can be faced with the micro and macroscopic point of view. Fourth, ‘process and performance of getting job’ theme has been dealt with vocation and employment research for youth in labor market(represented by sub-network 3). The research has covered the relationship among personal properties, working environment, working conditions and benefits from work.
