토픽 모델링 분석을 활용한 여성농업인 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

여성농업인은 농업‧농촌의 유지 발전에 중요한 인적자원으로 역할이 다양해지고 전문화되고 있다. 특히 농업‧농촌의 고령화 및 인구 감소와 농업의 노동력 부족은 여성농업인을 전문농업경영인;주부;마을활동가로의 역할을 요구하고 있다. 여성농업인의 역할 확대에도 불구하고 여성농업인에 대한 연구는 일부 연구기관과 소수의 연구자에 한정되어 있다. 연구의 주제 역시 정책의 필요성 및 정책의 효과 등에 대한 연구가 주를 이루고 있다. 본 연구는 지금까지 발표된 여성농업인에 대한 연구를 대상으로 토픽 모델링 분석기법을 활용하여 여성농업인의 실태를 객관적으로 파악해 향후 여성농업인을 대상으로 한 연구의 기초자료를 제공하고 여성농업인 연구가 지향해야 할 목적을 제시하는 데 연구목적이 있다. 여성농업인 연구 61편을 분석한 결과 주제별로 ‘사회활동’;‘불평등’;‘정책’;‘건강관리’;‘삼중고’;‘사회자본’;‘교육’;‘경제활동’;‘가족경영협약’;‘역할’ 등 10개의 토픽이 도출되었다. 1개의 토픽 당 10개의 키워드로 구성되어 있으며;크게 4개 분야의 연구주제로 분류되었다. 연구주제는 ‘여성농업인 정책’;‘여성농업인 위상’;‘여성농업인 전문인력화’;‘양성평등구현’으로 정리하였다. 이 4개의 연구주제는 2001년부터 시행된 ⌜여성농업인 육성정책⌟과 같은 맥락으로 이해할 수 있다. 기존 연구들이 여성농업인을 대상으로 한 연구임에도 여성농업인의 직접적인 의견이 반영된 연구는 미비했으며 농정기관이 정책의 기초자료를 위해 시행된 연구가 다수 포함되었다.

영문 초록

Female farmers have diversified and specialized roles as human resources that are important for the maintenance and development of farming villages. In particular;the aging population of farming and farming villages and the shrinking population and the shortage of labor in farming require female farmers to play a role as professional agricultural managers;housewives and village activists. Despite the expanded role of female farmers;research on female farmers is limited to some research institutes and a handful of researchers. The main theme of the study is also the need for policy and the effectiveness of policy. This research is aimed at objectively identifying the status of female farmers using the Topic Modeling Analysis Method for female farmers published so far;providing basic data for future research to female farmers;and presenting the purpose that female farmers research should pursue. The analysis of 61 Female farmers’ studies resulted in 10 topics;including social activities, unequality, policy, health management, three pains, social capital, education, economic activities, family management agreements, and role. It consists of 10 keywords per topic;and was largely classified as a research subject in four areas. The research topics were Female Farmers Policy, Female Farmers Status , Female Farmers Professional Personnel and Gender Equality Initiative. These four fields of research can be understood in the same context as the Female Farming Policy, which was implemented in 2001. Although existing studies have been conducted on female farmers;studies that reflect the direct opinions of female farmers were lacking and included a number of studies conducted by agricultural government agencies for the basis of policies.
