보육교사의 자기인식, 타인인식, 가족관계 탐색에 나타난 상징체계 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 인형진단평가라는 투사적 심리검사를 이용하여 보육교사의 자기인식, 타인인식, 가족관계 탐색에서 나타나는 공통된 상징체계를 찾아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 보육교사 8명을 대상으로 실시된 인형치료 집단프로그램 중 자기인식에 해당되는 2회기 ‘자신을 상징하는 동물인형 찾기’, 3회기 ‘소망하는 동물인형 찾기’와 타인인식에 해당되는 4회기 ‘나만의 동물 사파리 만들기’, 가족관계 탐색에 해당되는 8회기 ‘동물인형카드로 현재 나의 가족 세우기’, 9회기 ‘행복한 순간 포착하기’에서 실시된 인형진단평가와 인터뷰 과정을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 이를 질적분석의 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 보육교사들의 자기인식에 나타나는 특징으로는 통합되지 않은 대극의 상태로, 이는 내적 긴장과 갈등의 상태를 의미하는 것으로 나타났다. 타인인식에서는 대부분의 참여자가 수數 상징체계 1과 2로 표현했으며, 이는 내적 긴장과 갈등의 상태와 동시에 ‘휴식’을 향한 ‘단일성(oneness)’의 욕구가 표현된 것으로 보였다. 가족관계 탐색에서는 가족과의 행복했던 체험으로 대부분의 참여자가 여행을 선택했는데, 이는 자기인식과 타인인식을 종합해 보았을 때 여행이 가지는 의미를 대극의 긴장과 갈등상태를 벗어나 휴식이나 쉼을 소망하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합해 보았을 때, 보육교사들에게 필요한 심리적 어려움에 대한 효율적 중재 및 개입을 도울 수 있는 기초자료 제공과 다양한 프로그램의 필요성을 지지하는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다고 생각한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze common symbol system displayed in self-awareness, other-awareness, family relationship awareness of child care center teachers using a objective test called figure diagnosis evaluation. The procedure involves qualitative method by using data collected through figure diagnosis evaluation and interview process shown in the group figure therapy program for 8 teachers working in child care center; the 2nd session ‘Founding figures symbolizing self’. the 3rd session ‘Founding figures representing wish’ showed self-awareness, the 4th session ‘Making own animal safari’ showed other-awareness, the 8th session ‘Making my current family using animal cards’, the 9th session ‘Catching happy moment’. showed family relationship awareness. The result showed unintegrated opposing states as a characteristic of self-awareness and this refers to internal anxiety and confrontation. For other-awareness, majority of the participants expressed with 1 and 2 in numeric symbolic system which demonstrates surfacing desire of ‘oneness’ for ‘rest’ liberated from anxiety and confrontation. In the search for family relationships awareness most participants chose to travel as a happy experience with their families, which interpreted the meaning of wishing to rest beyond internal anxiety and confrontation based on the study of self-awareness and other-awareness. The purpose of this study is to provide the result as a basic data for effective mediation and intervention to help child care center teachers faced with mental conflicts as well as to support the needs for various programs.
