가정과 초임교사 역량모델 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 ‘가정과 초임교사의 역량모델’을 개발하는 데 있다. 이에 역량모델 개발 준비, 구체화, 타당성 검증, 역량진단의 4단계에 걸쳐 연구를 실시하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌연구를 통해 1차 역량모델(안)을 도출하고, FGI를통해 2차 역량모델(안)을 도출하였다. 도출된 2차 역량모델(안)의 타당성을 검증한 결과, 본 연구에서 도출한 역량군과 역량,역량의 정의는 내용타당도를 확보하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가정과 초임교사에게 가장 우선적으로 요구되는 ‘최우선역량’으로는 총 7개의 역량(‘수업설계역량’, ‘수업실행역량’, ‘학습지원역량’, ‘교육과정운영역량’, ‘학생평가역량’, ‘자료개발 및활용역량’, ‘자기관리역량’)이 도출되었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 종합하여 최종적으로 개발한 ‘가정과 초임교사 역량모델’은 총4개의 역량군과 22개의 역량 및 역량 정의로 구성되었으며, 각 역량군별 역량은 가정과 초임교사들이 중요하다고 생각하는역량일수록 상위에 제시하였다. 본 연구는 FGI와 역량진단을 통해 가정과 초임교사들의 역량에 대한 인식과 요구를 파악하고,이를 반영하여 역량모델을 개발하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a ‘Competency Model for Beginning Teachers in Home Economics’. The studywas conducted in a total of 4 stages(preparation of competency model development stage, materialization stage, validity verificationstage, and competency diagnosis stage), and the results of the study were as follows. First, the first tentative competency modelwas derived through the literature study, and the secondary tentative competency model was derived through an FGI. The validityof the secondary tentative competency model was verified by 15 experts and the competency groups, competencies, and competencydefinitions from this study were found to have content validity. Second, the competency diagnosis was conducted for a totalof 222 beginning teachers in Home Economics. As a result, a total of 7 competencies were derived as the ‘top priority competencies’that are of first priority for beginner teachers in Home Economics. The final competency model which was developed by reflectingthe research results, was composed of 4 competency groups and 22 competencies and 22 competency definitions. The competenciesof each competency group were presented in the order that beginning teachers thought were important. This study is meaningfulin that it used an FGI and competency diagnosis to identify beginning teachers’ perceptions and demands of the competenciesand reflect the results on the competency model development.
