유아교사의 유아 놀이에 대한 교육신념이 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 유아 놀이에 대한 교육신념이 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 J 도와 C 도의 유아교사 227명을 대상으로 설문지법을 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25를 이용하여 유아교사의 유아 놀이에 대한 교육신념과 놀이교수효능감을 알아보기 위하여 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였으며 유아교사들의 배경변인에 따른 차이를 보기 위해 일원변량분석을(One-way ANOVA) 실시하였다. 집단 간 차이를 알아보기 위하여 Scheffé 사후 검증을 실시하였다. 또한 유아 놀이에 대한 교육신념과 놀이교수효능감의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 Pearson의 적률상관계수를 산출하여 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 상관관계분석에서 나온 결과의 가설을 검증하기 위하여 유아 놀이에 대한 교육신념이 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향은 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 유아교사의 유아 놀이에 대한 교육신념과 놀이교수효능감은 유아교사의 학력에 따라 차이를 보였다. 유아교사의 유아 놀이에 대한 교육신념과 놀이교수효능감은 유의미한 정적상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 ‘놀이중심’「2019 개정 누리과정」의 성공적인 실행을 위해 유아교사의 유아 놀이에 대한 교육신념과 놀이교수효능감을 분석한 결과를 토대로 유아교사의 학력에 따른 격차를 해소하기 위한 방법을 제시하고 2019개정 누리과정의 교육과정 실행을 위한 교사연수 방법 및 교육방법을 구체적인 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of early childhood teachers educational beliefs on teaching efficacy on play, as well as to provide basic data for teacher training and field-applied education methods for the play-oriented「2019 Revised Nuri Course」. For this purpose, a questionnaire was given to 227 early childhood teachers in Jeollabuk-do and Chungcheongnam-do. The collected data was then analyzed by first calculating frequency and percentages in relation to the identification of the general characteristics of the study subjects using SPSS 25, as well as the average and standard deviation to determine the educational beliefs of early childhood teachers and the efficacy of teaching play for children. One-way ANOVA was then performed to determine differences in accordance to background variables, and a Scheffé post-hoc test was performed to determine differences between groups. Correlation analysis was conducted by calculating Pearson s product-moment correlation coefficient to identify the relationship between the educational beliefs of early childhood teachers and the efficacy of teaching play, and regression analysis was conducted on the effects of infant play on the efficacy of teaching play as to verify the hypothesis of the results from the correlation analysis. The results of the study showed that early childhood teachers educational beliefs about early childhood play and their individual senses of efficacy in relation to teaching play displayed meaningful differences according to the educational backgrounds of the early childhood teachers. Early childhood teachers educational beliefs about early childhood play and play teaching efficacy showed significant positive correlations as well as significant positive effects, and early childhood teachers educational beliefs about early childhood play and play teaching efficacy were found to be correlated.
