국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 연인관계에서 성인애착이 정서표현양가성을 매개로 연인 상호간의 관계만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 미혼 커플 223쌍을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 자기-상대방 상호의존 매개모형(Actor –Partner Interdependent Model: APIM)을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 성인애착과 관계만족도의 관계에서 정서표현양가성의 매개효과를 살펴보았을 때, 자기효과에 있어서 남성과 여성 모두 자신의 정서표현양가성이 둘 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 상대방효과에서 여성의 회피 및 불안 애착이 남성의 정서표현양가성을 매개로 남성의 관계 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 커플관계의 특성을 고려하여 개인의 특성이 자신은 물론 상대방에게도 영향을 미치는 상호관계를 살펴봄으로써 선행연구의 발견을 확장하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 그리고 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of adult attachment on relationship satisfaction between dating couples through ambivalence over emotional expressiveness in romantic relationships. For this, a survey sampling 223 unmarried couples was conducted. Collected data was analyzed through Actor–Partner Interdependent Model(APIM). The main results of this study are as follows. When ambivalence over emotional expressiveness served as a medium in the relation between adult attachment and relationship satisfaction, ambivalence over emotional expressiveness of both men and women served as a medium in the case of actor effect. In terms of partner effect, men’s ambivalence over emotional expressiveness served as a medium in the relation between women’s avoidant and anxious attachments and men’s relationship satisfaction. This study examined the mutual relation with consideration of the couples’ relational characteristics, and expanded the discovery of advanced research. Lastly, a proposal regarding the significance and limitations of this study and follow-up study was discussed.
