국문 초록

본 연구는 가정어린이집 교사의 부모참여 활동에 대한 인식 연구를 위해 부모참여 활동의 현황을 파악해 본 후, 부모참여 활동에 대한 교사의 인식을 알아보고, 교사의 일반적 배경에 따른 교사의 인식차이를 알아보았다. 이를 위해 서울시소재 가정어린이집에 근무하는 교사 314명의 응답결과를 최종 분석하였다. 도구는 조미영(2008)의 연구에 사용된 도구를 본 연구에 적합하도록 재구성하였다. 연구문제 분석을 위하여 SPSS WIN version20.0을 이용하여 전산통계 처리하였으며, 연구 대상자들의 인구통계학적 배경을 파악하기 위한 빈도분석과 신뢰도 계수(Cronbach s )를 산출하였다. 문항 별 평균과 표준편차를 알아보기 위해 기술통계를 구하였고, 부모참여활동 현황은 다중응답 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 교사의 일반적 배경에 따른 부모참여 활동에 대한 교사의 인식을 알아보기 위해 일원분산분석(ANOVA)을 실시하였고 유의미한 차이가 있는 경우. t검정을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 교사의 일반적 배경에 따른 부모참여 활동에 대한 교사의 인식은 학력과 근무경력이 높을수록 높게 나타났으며 과목수강과 연수경험이 있는 경우 더 높게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면 가정어린이집 교사는 부모참여 활동에 대한 교사 교육 및 연수가 필요하며 이를 통한 교사의 인식개선이 필요하다. 이는 교사가 부모참여 활동에 대한 인식의 방향을 영아뿐 아니라 부모와 교사 자신까지 확대하고 능동적으로 변화해야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine early childhood teacher s perception of parent participation activities at home-based child-care centers. For this, this study looked into the current status of parent participation activities, early childhood teacher s perception of parent participation activities, and the difference of teacher s perception according to their demographic features. A questionnaire survey of 314 early childhood teachers who were working for home-based child-care centers in seoul was carried out. As a test tool, examine study subject s demographic features, this study carried out frequently analysis and calculated Cronbach s ɑ. and analyze the mean and standard deviation of items, descriptive statistics were carries out. In order to examine the current status of parent participation activities. multiple response frequency analysis was carried out. In order to examine demographic feature-oriented early childhood teacher s perception of parent participation activities, one-way ANOVA was carried out, and when there was a significant difference in results, t-test was carried out additionally. Study findings are as follows: First, as for demographic feature-oriented early childhood teacher s perception of parent participation activities. when teacher s academic background and career was higher, their perception was higher as well, In addition, when they took a course or had related training, their perception was higher. Based on the above study findings, it necessary for early childhood teachers at home-based child-care centers to take a course and training, thus improve their perception. This finding implies the fact that early childhood teacher s perception of parent participation activities must expand not only to the area of young children but also to the area of parents and teachers themselves, thus changing their perception positively
