국문 초록

본 연구는 중국 보안원의 직무배태성을 분석하고 외국시장 확대에 따른 심리적 성장을 하기 위한 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 첫째, 한국 기업은 중국인의 문화를 인정해야 한다. 중국을 감정적으로 상대하기 보다는 비즈니스 관계인 사업 파트너, 양국의 이익 추구 일조하는 기업, 국가 경기부양에 도움이 되는 기업으로의 긍정적 인식 전환이 필요하다. 둘째, 안전한 사업장은 곧 대한민국이다. 사고는 개인의 인명피해는 물론 기업과 사회적, 경제적 손실을 초래하고 국가발전을 저해하는 요인이 된다. 셋째, 안전관리를 위한 전담조직이 운영되어야 한다. 체계화된 안전관리 시스템을 구축하고 전문성을 확보해야 한다. 넷째, 교육과 훈련이 필요하다. 안전관리를 위한 교육과 훈련을 정기적으로 실시함으로서 보안원들의 경각심 제고와 대응역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 의식교육이 필요하다. 마지막으로 정보를 취득하여 현장에 적용해야 한다. 현안별 간담회와 정례워크숍을 정기적으로 열어 해외진출기업, 예비 기업과의 소통을 활성화 하는 후속 연구 및 논의가 지속되어야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the job stereotyping of China Security Agency and to suggest improvement measures for psychological growth by expanding foreign market. First, Korean companies must recognize Chinese culture. Rather than dealing with China emotionally, we need to shift positive perceptions to business partners who are business partners, companies that contribute to the interests of both countries, and companies that help boost the economy.Second, the safe workplace is Korea. Accidents cause not only personal loss of life but also loss of business, social and economics and deterrence of national development. Third, a dedicated organization for safety management should be operated. A systematic safety management system must be established and expertise must be secured. Fourth, education and training are necessary. Regular education and training for safety management are needed to raise awareness and strengthen the response capacity of security officers. Finally, information should be obtained and applied to the site. Follow-up studies and discussions should be held to facilitate communication with overseas and prospective companies by regularly holding current meetings and regular workshops.
