국문 초록

제4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래로 인해 기술은 끊임없이 개발 및 융합하면서 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 첨단기술의 연구개발(R&D)이 주로 이루어지는 민간 대기업 융･복합 연구단지는 제4차 산업혁명이 불러오는 변화에 가장 민감하게 반응하는 조직으로 각종 보안사고에 대비하기 위해 높은 보안 수준을 유지해야 한다. 이에 따라 민간 대기업 융･복합 연구단지는 기술유출 침해 예방 및 내부 정보 유출 방지 등의 보안 목표를 달성하기 위해서 가장 기본적으로 인력에 대한 직무관리, 임금관리, 승진관리, 교육관리 등 전략적 인적자원관리를 통해 보안요원들의 업무효율성과 조직유효성을 향상시키기 위해 노력해야 한다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 국내 민간 대기업 융･복합 연구단지의 전략적 인적자원관리가 보안요원들의 업무효율성과 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 여러 위협 요인으로부터 기업을 보호 및 통제할 수 있는 더욱 근본적인 해결책을 찾아 이에 관한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과 기업의 전략적 인적자원관리는 보안요원의 업무효율성과 조직유효성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 기업의 전략적 인적자원관리 활동이 향상되면 보안요원들의 보안 관련 업무효율성이 향상되고, 근무하고 있는 부서 및 업무에 대한 전반적인 직무만족과 기업에 소속감을 가지고 업무를 수행하는 조직몰입을 향상시켜 기업의 목표 달성에 큰 도움을 줄 수 있다는 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

With the advent of the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, technology is developing rapidly, constantly developing and converging. A private conglomerate convergence research complex, where high-tech R&D is mainly conducted, is the organization most sensitive to changes brought about by the fourth industrial revolution and should maintain a high level of security to prepare for various security accidents. Accordingly, the private conglomerate s convergence research complex should make efforts to improve the work efficiency and organizational effectiveness of security personnel through strategic human resource management, such as job management, wage management, promotion management and education management, most basically in order to achieve security goals such as preventing technology leakage violations and preventing internal information leakage. Accordingly, this study aims to identify the impact of strategic human resource management on the work efficiency and organizational effectiveness of security personnel in the domestic private enterprise convergence research complex, seeking a more fundamental solution to protect and control companies from various threat factors. Research has shown that strategic human resource management of companies affects the work efficiency and organizational effectiveness of security personnel. As a result, security is needed when corporate strategic human resource management activities are improved. It suggested policy implications that the employees security-related work efficiency can be improved, overall job satisfaction with the departments and tasks they are working in, and organizational Commitment in performing their duties with a sense of belonging to the enterprises, which can greatly help the companies achieve their goals.
