직업군인의 퇴직태도 및 라이프스타일이 노후준비에 미치는 영향 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 직업군인이 인식하고 있는 퇴직태도 및 라이프스타일이 노후준비에 미치는 영향을 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2018년에 육군, 해군, 공군, 해병대에 근무하는 장교와 부사관 1,125명의 설문을수리하여 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 먼저 빈도분석을 통하여 응답자의 일반적인 특성을알아보았고, 다음으로 회귀분석을 통하여 직업군인의 퇴직태도 및 라이프스타일이 노후준비에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업군인의 인구사회학적 특성 중 노후준비에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 직업군인의 ‘성별’, ‘종교 유무’, ‘노후준비를 시작하는 연령’ 요인이었다. 퇴직태도 요인 중에서는 ‘휴식으로의 전환’, ‘새로운 출발’, ‘계속되는 삶’ 요인이었으며, 라이프스타일 중에서는 ‘건강추구’, ‘동료관계 추구’, ‘종교 및 봉사활동 추구’ 요인이 노후준비에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 퇴직태도 요인이 노후준비 요인에 미치는 영향은 퇴직태도의 ‘계속되는 삶’ 요인이 ‘경제적인 노후준비’ 요인에, 퇴직태도의 ‘새로운 출발’ 요인은 ‘신체적’, ‘정서적’, ‘사회적’ 노후준비 요인에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 라이프스타일 요인이 노후준비 요인에 미치는 영향은 라이프스타일의 ‘건강추구’요인이 ‘경제적’, ‘신체적’ 노후준비 요인에, ‘보수적인 가족추구’ 요인은 ‘정서적인 노후준비’ 요인에, ‘동료관계 추구’ 요인은‘사회적인 노후준비’ 요인에 커다란 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이상의 연구결과는 직인군인 개인은 물론, 국방부나 각 군 차원에서 직업군인의 노후준비를 위하여 퇴직태도를 긍정적인 방향으로 유도하거나, 노후준비에 도움이 될 라이프스타일을 계발하는데, 기초자료로 활용이 가능할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine how career soldiers’ attitudes about retirement and lifestyles of affect their retirement preparation. To do this, in 2018, we surveyed 1,125 officers and non-commissioned officers working in the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps. For this study, we utilized the SPSS 23.0 program and first looked at the general characteristics of respondents through frequency analysis, and then used regression analysis to look at the effects of career soldiers retirement attitudes and lifestyles on retirement preparation. The results of the study are as follows. First, among the demographic characteristics; the factors that significantly affected retirement preparation for career soldiers were “Gender”, “Religious status” and “The age at which retirement preparation was started”. Among the factors for retirement attitudes were “Conversion to rest”, “A new beginning” and “Continuous life,”. Among lifestyle factors were, “Health-seeking”, “Seeking companionship” and “Seeking religious activities.” Second, the effect of retirement attitudes on preparations for old age were the “Continuous life” of retirement attitudes on “Economic old age preparation” and the “New start” of retirement attitudes on “Physical, Emotional and Social old age preparation.” Third, our analysis revealed that the impact of lifestyle on preparations for retirement is that “Health promotion” of lifestyle has the greatest influence on “Economic and Physical preparation”, “Conservative family pursuit” on “Emotional preparation” and “Seeking of peer relationship” have the greatest influence on “Social preparation for retirement.” The above findings will lead to a more positive approach to retirement attitudes of careersoldiers at the Ministry of National Defense or in each military branch. The data these findings provide can also be used for developing various lifestyles.
