영문 초록

This research demonstrated that 4 of 10 university students have work experience in the form of part time jobs. On average, these students were actively engaged in their part-time jobs for one third of their university lives. However, in most cases these students part time jobs had little, or nothing to do with their majors. Most students work responsibilities required only basic labor skills In spite of these limitations, previous work experience during the university years plays a great role in increasing probability of students preparation to find future employment. In particular, to avoid selection bias problem. The researcher used two-step method by Hecman(1979). However, in that case, same conclusions could be held.
