에이즈 전문강사 직무능력 표준화를 위한 교육훈련 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 에이즈에 대한 올바른 정보제공과 교육을 통해 감염인에 대한 사회일반의 편견과 차별을 해소하고, 감염인의 건강증진과 삶의 질 향상을 도모하기 위해 감염인과 일반 국민을 대상으로 에이즈 교육을 실시할 인력에 대한 표준화된 교육과정을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구방법으로는 문헌고찰 및 관련 기관 조사, 직무분석과 교육과정 개발, 자문회의 및 전문가협의회, 설문조사, 교육내용 타당도 조사 등이 활용되었다. 에이즈 전문강사 교육과정을 개발하기 위해 실시한 에이즈 예방강사 포커스그룹 토의를 통해 도출한 교육관련 요구를 기초로 에이즈 전문강사 직무분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 도출된 에이즈 전문강사의 책무영역은 에이즈 교육프로그램 기획 및 개발, 에이즈 관련 교육 프로그램 실행, 평가, 자기 개발의 4개 영역, 그리고 하위영역으로 19개 작업이 분석되었다. 에이즈 전문강사 교육과정은 크게 에이즈 상담사 및 상담간호사 등 관련 직종과의 직무 연관성을 고려하여 3개의 기본교과와 5개의 전문교과로 구분하여 8개 교과에 걸쳐 27개 강좌를 개발하였으며, 전체 교과를 모듈식의 강좌로 개발하여 강좌 간 교차 수강이 가능하도록 구성하였다. 기본교과는 에이즈의 이해, 에이즈와 성, 에이즈 정책과 제도로 9개 강좌로 구성하였으며, 전문교과는 건강행태의 이해, 에이즈 교육 프로그램 개발론, 에이즈 예방교육 사례, 에이즈 예방교육 방법론, 전문강사의 핵심역량 등 18개 강좌이다. 전체 100시간 중 이론 75시간, 실습 25시간을 배치하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to solve the general biases and discrimination to the AIDS infected people and to propose standard competency for the personnel who perform the training on AIDS to general public as well as the infected so as to improve their health and quality of life through providing the right information and training on AIDS, then finally to develop the standardized training programs. The study methods to achieve these objectives included the paper review, job analysis and development of training programs, consulting committee, specialists committee, the survey, and so on. We performed the job analysis based on the training requirements raised from the focus group discussions with AIDS prevention trainers, to develop the training programs for the AIDS special trainers. The responsible scopes of AIDS special trainers came from the results vary in the planning and development of AIDS training programs, implementation, assessments, 4 duties on self-developments, and 19 tasks. Considering the common job with AIDS consultants and consulting nurses, the training programs for AIDS special trainers have mainly been developed with 27 programs under 3 basic and 5 special courses, and organized to be able to take the courses across them that developed all courses by module type. The common courses consist of 9 courses including Understanding of AIDS, AIDS and Sex, AIDS Policy and System, while the special courses consist of 18 courses including Understanding of Health Style, Developments of AIDS Training Program, Cases of AIDS Prevention Training, Methodology of AIDS Prevention Training, Core Competencies of Special Trainers, etc. Among total 100 hours, 75 shared for theory and 25 for practices.
