대학수학능력시험 직업탐구 영역 문항 분석 -가사,실업계열의 『식품과 영양』 교과를 중심으로-

국문 초록

본 연구의 주요 목적은 대학수학능력시험 직업탐구영역의 가사·실업계열 전문교과 『식품과 영양』문항의 출제경향을 살펴 보다 높은 양질의 문항을 개발하기 위한 기초 연구로 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2005학년『2010학년까지 출제된 『식품과 영양』과목의 문항들을 내용영역(단원별, 문항 소재별), 문항유형(행동 유형별, 자료 유형별)에 따라 출제 경향을 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 『식품과 영양』의 6개 대영역간 연도별 출제율은 대동소이한 것으로 판단되었으나, 영역간 비율에서는 특정 영역에 치우치는 경향을 보이고 있었으며, 이는 중영역도 마찬가지였다. 이에 전 영역에 걸쳐 고루 출제될 수 있도록 연구가 요구되었다. 문항의 소재면에서는 지식·이론적 내용이 가장 출제비율이 높았으며, 다음으로 실생활 내용, 실험·실습 내용 순으로 출제되었으며 시사적 내용은 다른 내용영역에 비해 출제율이 낮았다. `지식·이론적 내용`이 가장 많이 출제되어 난이도 면에서 수험생에게 어려운 과목으로 인식될 수 있어 이에 대한 개선 연구가 요구되었다. 둘째, 문항의 유형에 따른 분석에서는 행동 영역은 전체적으로는 `이해` 문항이 가장 많이 출제되었으며 다음으로 `적용`, `지식` 순이었고 `탐구` 문항이 가장 적었다. 연도별로는 2005학년도에 비해 점점 `지식`문항은 줄고 `탐구`문항은 늘어나는 경향을 보였으며 `이해`와 `적용`영역은 연도에 상관없이 많이 출제되었다. 자료 유형에서는 `자료 없는 합답형이나 선택지 또는 답지로만 구성된 문항`은 거의 없었으며, 다양한 자료를 활용하여 문항을 풀 수 있도록 문항이 제작되었으며 주로 `지문`보다는 `비지문(그림, 표, 그래프)`을 활용한 형태가 70%이상 차지할 만큼 출제율이 높았다. 따라서 `이해`와 `적용`유형뿐만 아니라 `탐구`유형 개발을 위해 다양한 자료유형 활용에 대한 모색이 요구되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학수학능력시험 직업탐구영역의 『식품과 영양』 과목의 평가 타당도 측면에서 교육과정 및 교육내용이 제대로 반영되고 있는지 점검해봄으로써, 학교현장에서 고등학교 수업운영을 좀 더 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The main purpose of this study explores the College Scholastic Ability Test Pro Series professional curriculum area, the lyrics of Food and Nutrition a rate of questions to analyze trends and improve the quality of the teacher evaluation expertise to develop questions for the basic data are being presented. In this study, 2005~2010 grade to grade the questions of examination was taken Food and Nutrition course content area, some of the questions, question type (action type, data type) a rate of questions trend analysis was based on, and the results follows. First, 『Food and Nutrition』 year of the six content area rate accompanied Han considered small, but, in each other field rates tend were biased in a particular area, which was the same small field.
