국문 초록

팀웍역량은 예비사회인인 대학생이 갖추어야 할 중요한 직업기초능력 중 하나이다. 따라서 대학생이 갖추어야 할 팀웍역량의 요소에는 무엇이 있는지 탐색하고, 개인의 팀웍역량 수준을 측정?평가할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서 이 연구에서는 대학생이 갖추어야 할 직업기초능력으로서의 팀웍역량의 개념과 구인을 탐색하고, 팀웍역량을 측정?평가하는 검사를 개발하였으며, 개발된 검사의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 팀웍의 구성요인에 관한 선행연구를 바탕으로 이 연구에서는 대학생의 팀웍역량을 ``대학생이 팀을 이루어 과업을 수행하기 위해 필요한 역량``으로 정의하였다. 이는 대학생이 팀 과업 수행 상황에서 겪을 수 있는 다양한 상황에서 효과적으로 그리고 적절하게 대응할 수 있는 능력을 광범위하게 포괄하고, 그 하위영역을 ① 과제수행역량, ② 대인관계역량, ③ 의사결정역량의 세 가지로 설정하였다. 이 연구에서는 이 세 가지 영역을 진단할 수 있는 문항을 개발하여 총 537명의 대학생을 대상으로 검사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, ``대학생팀웍역량검사``의 총점과 하위영역들 간의 상관은 대체로 통계적으로 유의했고, 모형의 적합도 지수는 좋은 모형이라고 할 수 있는 기준을 모두 충족시켜, 연구에서 제안한 세 개의 하위영역은 서로 유기적인 관계 속에서 대학생의 팀웍역량이라는 개념을 구성하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 검사의 신뢰도 역시 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 대학교육 맥락에서의 팀웍역량을 개념화하고, 대학생에게 요구되는 직업기초능력으로서의 팀웍역량 개발 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to develop and validate an instrument measuring collegiate teamwork competency. Extensive literature review was conducted in order to identify sub-domains of collegiate teamwork competency. Collegiate teamwork competency was conceptualized as competency that is essential for college students to perform their tasks in teams. ① task performance competency, ② interpersonal competency, and ③ decision making competency were suggested as its sub-domains of collegiate teamwork competency. The expert group in the field of vocational competency and education approved the content validity of the test items. Item validity and reliability were examined through the preliminary test, and the final version of the test with 30 items was built. 537 college students took the test. The validity of collegiate teamwork competency test was examined through correlation coefficient among sub-domains and confirmatory factor analysis using structural equation model, and the reliability was tested through Cronbach`s coefficient alpha. The results indicated that the intercorrelations between the scores of three sub-domains and the composite score of collegiate teamwork competency test (r=.51～.78, p<.01) were statistically significant. Confirmatory factor analysis result using structural equation model suggested that some of the fit indices (=3.086, CFI=.999, NNFI=.996, RMSEA=.022) which supported that empirical data collected for this study showed very good fit to the model of collegiate teamwork competency. The reliability using Cronbach`s coefficient alpha was also found to be low to acceptable. Findings were discussed in terms of pedagogical implications on developing and enhancing college students` teamwork competency.
