국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 특성화고 수준에서 양성 가능한 지식재산 실무인력에 대한 기업에서의 인식을 바탕으로 특성화고 수준의 지식재산 실무인력 인재상을 도출하는 것이다. 이 연구에서 도출된 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화고 졸업자의 주요 업무로는 ``일반 특허 사무직``, ``특허 및 디자인 도면 작업``, ``선행 기술 정보 검색`` 등의 업무를 주로 담당하고 있으며, 직장 내 직원들 간의 ``의사소통 및 대인관계 능력``, ``작업 수행 능력 및 기능의 숙련도``, ``설비 및 작업도구 활용 능력``, ``설비의 유지 및 보수 능력``에 대하여 만족하고 있으며, ``작업에 대한 이해 및 문제 파악``, ``해결 및 개선 능력``에 대하여 대체로 긍정적으로 평가하고 있었다. 둘째, 대다수 기업에서 특성화고 졸업자를 채용하지 않고 있었으며, 그 이유로는 지식재산 분야의 직무가 대학 이상의 심화된 전문 기능 및 기술이 요구되기 때문이며, 지식재산 분야의 전문적인 업무 처리 능력이 요구되기 때문으로 나타났다. 셋째, 특성화고 졸업생 수준의 지식재산 실무인력 인재상을 소양 교육과 실무 교육으로 구분하여 제시할 수 있다. 소양 교육에서의 인재상은 ``지식재산 관련 제도, 법, 용어, 기술 및 제품에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 지식재산 정보를 검색 및 분류할 수 있으며 의사소통할 수 있는 인재``로 제시할 수 있으며, 실무 교육에서 인재상은 ``지식재산 관련 제도, 법, 용어를 이해하고 지식재산 정보를 검색 및 분류할 수 있으며, 산업 분야별 지식재산 관련 기술 및 제품을 이해·적용하고 의사소통할 수 있는 인재``로 제시할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to establish the concept of practical manpower of intellectual property to be cultivated from the level of specialized high schools and draw the right people of practical manpower of intellectual property in the level of specialized high schools based on the recognition of companies on practical manpower of intellectual property. The results drawn from this research are as shown. First, the chief tasks of specialized high school graduates include ``general office work for patent``, ``patent and design drawing work``, and ``information search for advanced technology``. And they are satisfied with ``communication and interpersonal skills`` among the colleagues at work, ``elaboration of work performing abilities and skills``, ``abilities to utilize equipment and working tools``, and ``abilities to maintain and repair equipment``, and they evaluate positively ``understanding on their work``, ``figuring out problems and having abilities to solve and improve them`` in general. Second, most companies are reluctant to hire specialized high school graduates, and it is because the tasks of intellectual property require expertise and skills which are deepened specialized above the college level and also specialized work processing skills for the field of intellectual property. Third, the desirable aspects of practical manpower of intellectual property in the level of specialized high school graduates can be suggested by dividing it into literacy education and practical education. The right people of practical manpower in literacy education are to ``search for, classify, and communicate with information related with intellectual property based on the understanding of related systems, laws, terms, technologies, and products`` while in practical education are to ``understand related systems, laws, and terms and search for and classify information related with intellectual property and also understand, apply, and communicate with technologies and products related with intellectual property in each of the industrial fields.
