국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지현장실습을 경험한 사회복지실습대학생들의 실습에 영향을 주는 스트레스에 대해 살펴보고 이에 대처하는 대처전략이 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 서울과 경기지역의 사회복지현장실습을 경험하고 사회복지현장실습 수업을 수강중인 사회복지실습대학생 176명의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 통계방법으로는 SPSS 20.을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자들은 실습에서 오는 스트레스는 낮게 받고 있으며, 스트레스 대처 전략 중 회피중심 전략을 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스트레스대처전략은 실습생이 실습 전에 느끼는 실습시기의 적절성에 따라 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 실습스트레스는 실습시기의 적절성과 취업희망여부에 따라 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 넷째, 스트레스대처 전략이 실습스트레스에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있고, 그중 회피중심전략이 부적 관계를 보였다. 끝으로 본 연구결과를 토대로 사회복지현장실습을 경험한 학생들의 실습스트레스에 효과적으로 대처하기 위한 이론적 및 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the stress affecting the practicum of college students who have majored social welfare and experienced field practicum and to find out the impact of coping strategies on stress. This study carried out a survey targeting 176 college students who experienced their social work field practicum and took their course, in the Gyeonggi province & Seoul. SPSS 20 was used for technical statistics, correlations, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, the survey results showed that the stress from the practicum is low and that many students use the avoidance-centered strategy among the stress-coping strategies. Second, stress coping strategy is different depending on the appropriateness of practicum period that the students felt before the practicum. Third, the practicum stress varies depending on the appropriateness of the practicum period and whether or not the student wants to get a job. Fourth, the stress coping strategies have a significant effect on the practicum stress, and particularly the avoidance-centered strategy has shown a negative relationship. Finally, this study suggests that theoretical and practical implications to effectively cope with the practicum stress of students who experienced social welfare field practicum.
