창업역량 영향요인에 대한 통합적 문헌고찰: 창업가 개인역량을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 개인 차원의 접근법을 통해서 창업가 역량이 영향을 미치는 요인과 창업가 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 연구한 국내 선행연구들을 통합적으로 고찰하였다. 이를 위해, Torraco(2005)가 제시한 통합적 문헌고찰 방법을 활용하여 총 46편의 국내 학술지 논문을 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다. 첫째, 창업가 역량은 (전반적인)창업역량, 기업가적 역량, 마케팅 역량, 시장인지 역량, 창의적 역량, 기술적 역량, 전략적 역량, 관리적 역량, 네트워크 역량, 조직화 역량, 혁신 역량, 자금조달 역량, 경험의 13가지로 분류되었다. 이러한 창업가 세부역량이 영향을 미치는 요인 대부분은 창업의지 및 성과(재무적, 비재무적)와 관련이 있었으며, 교육만족도, 창업만족도, 조직유효성, 전략 등에 영향을 미치기도 했다. 둘째, 창업가 세부역량에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육, 멘토링 등과 관련한 육성 요인, 창업보육센터 매니저 역량, 창업지원서비스, 창업컨셉 개발지원 등과 관련한 지원 요인, 자기효능감, 변혁적 리더십 등과 관련한 태도 요인이 있었다. 셋째, 창업가 역량과 관련한 질적 연구들을 종합해 볼 때, 학계에서 아직까지 창업가 역량에 대한 공통된 정의가 없으며, 학자마다 창업가 역량이라고 하는 세부 항목들의 접근 방법 및 기준들이 상이하다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 좀 더 객관성이 확보된 정교한 연구 설계가 필요하다. 둘째, 개인 차원뿐만 아니라, 조직 차원에서의 창업가 역량에 대한 통합적 문헌분석이 필요하다. 셋째, 창업가 역량에 대한 통용된 정의를 내린 후, 체계적 역량모형 개발이 필요하다. 넷째, 특정 산업군이나 직업군을 한정하여 그 영향요인에 관한 구체적인 연구가 필요하다. 다섯째, 대학생 및 청년을 대상으로 역량모형을 개발하여 필요한 역량을 갖춘 창업인재를 양성할 수 있어야겠다. 마지막으로 창업가 역량에 관한 연구는 경력개발과 관련한 연구주제와 연결고리가 있는 부분이기 때문에 평생학습의 측면에서 개인의 경력개발과 창업가 역량의 유기적 관계를 규명하고 이를 통합한 주제에 관한 연구도 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the leading domestic studies that studied the factors affecting the competences of start-ups through an individual-level approach as an integrated literature review method. To this end, a total of 46 papers from domestic journals were analyzed using the integrated literature review method presented by Torraco(2005). The research results are as follows. First, start-up competencies were divided into 13 categories, including entrepreneurial competences, marketing competencies, market-certified competencies, creative competencies, and technical competences. Second, the factors influencing the detailed competencies of start-ups were incubation factors, support factors and attitude factors. Third, there is still no common definition of the competence of entrepreneurs in the academic world, and each scholar has different approaches and standards for detailed items, which are called the competence of start-ups. Based on the results of these studies, suggestions are given as follows. First, sophisticated research designs with more objectivity are needed. Second, there is a need for an integrated literature analysis of start-up competences at the organizational level as well as at the individual level. Third, after giving out the accepted definition of a start-up s competence, it is necessary to develop a systematic competency model. Fourth, a specific study of the influencing factors is needed, with specific industrial or occupational groups limited. Fifth, competency model should be developed for university students and the youth so that necessary competences can be developed. Lastly, it will also be necessary to study the subject of identifying and integrating personal career development and the organic relationship of start-up competencies in terms of lifelong learning.
