국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 현재까지 진행된 국어 문법 교사 관련 연구 성과를 객관적으로 검토하여 연구 동향을 분석하는 것이다. 이에 단계별 문헌 수집 및 선정 과정을 거쳐 1988년부터 2020년까지 국내 학술지와 학위논문 46건을 연구 대상으로 한정하였다. 연구의 결과는 발행 연도별, 연구 유형별, 연구 주제별, 연구 방법별, 연구 대상별로 구분하여 분석하였다. 먼저 발행 연도별 국어 문법 교사 관련 연구의 성과는 2004년 이후 지금까지 매년 꾸준히 누적되어왔으며 2016년에 대폭 증가하여 학문적 관심이 최고조에 달았음을 확인할 수 있었다. 다음으로 연구 유형 면에서는 학술지 논문의 수가 학위논문의 수보다 더 큰 비중을 차지하였다. 아울러 연구 주제 면에서는 문법 교사의 교수 내용 지식을 중심으로 하여 전문성과 역량에 대한 관심이 특히 확인되었다. 연구 방법별 분석의 결과는 문헌 연구와 질적 연구가 가장 빈번하였으며 최근에 들어서는 두 가지 이상의 연구 방법을 적용한 혼합 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 연구 대상으로는 주로 예비 교사보다는 현직 교사를 대상으로 하고 있으며 중학교 및 고등학교 문법 교사에 치중되어 논의되고 있었다. 이상의 결과 분석을 바탕으로 향후 국어 문법 교사 연구의 방향성을 연구 주제의 세분화와 범위 확대, 연구 방법의 다양화, 집단적 기획의 시도 등으로 간추려 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the trend of studies on Korean grammar teachers that have been conducted so far, by objectively investigating the achievements of previous studies. As study subjects, 46 Korean journals and dissertations published from 1988 to 2020 were selected, through the process of systematic literature review and selection. The results of research were analyzed by the categories of their date of issue, research type, research topic, research methods, and research subjects. First, reviewing the studies on Korean grammar teachers by their date of issue, the studies have been constantly accumulated every year since 2004, and significantly increased in 2016, indicating academic interest on them peaked in that year. Next, in terms of research types, the number of journals is far greater than that of dissertations. In terms of the trends of research topics, they cover teacher factors the most, and in detail, the main discussion is about knowledge on teaching contents. Regarding the results of analysis on research methods, logic-based research and qualitative research are most frequent, and more recently, researches applying two or more study methods in combination are more frequently carried out Lastly, in terms of research subjects, most of the studies were conducted with in-service teachers, rather than pre-service teachers, and the discussion is focused on middle or high school grammar teachers. Based on the findings of this research, this author has defined the trends of previous researches on Korean grammar teachers and suggested directions for follow-up research.
